UK EV Installers Shop Anmeldelser

Re-submitted review based on this suppliers handling of my order:

Purchased a 15m cable - Which was listed as "in stock". Expecting my cable to arrive in at least two or three days I was annoyed to find out after chasing the uncompleted order after day three that the cables are made to order by a third party - and mine hadn't been started - and shop the staff were unable find out the status from the third party supplier.

I chased again a day later as my car was arriving in two days : The team at UKEVI are friendly and efficient, with -I'm happy to say-a great attitude and very helpful mindset. It took some chasing to finally get hold of their supplier, and confirm the cable was made and on it's way out-UKEVI kept in touch during and AFTER my order was sorted to make sure I knew what was going on - truly surprising as this level of attention is sadly lacking in most sectors these days.

I'm in no doubt if anyone had a problem with a product form UKEVI they would be treated with respect professionalism and courtesy.

For Context:
There is a tab on the DESKTOP website that says "made to order" which when clicked on does indeed state that there is a 3-5 day lead time.
However - on the Mobile webpage - this information is not obvious.

Fantastic speed in answering queries (unusual nowadays)

Brilliant service and delivery

Very Helpful
Great, quick, reliable service always goes the extra mile. No need to trawl the Internet, 1 stop shop.

Prior to order my email enquiry was answered swiftly by a telephone call, they understood my requirements and explained the aspects of the item perfectly. I ordered the item online around 2.00pm and the item was delivered by 9.00am the next day, well packaged and in good order. Obviously a five-star service *****, very pleased and a pleasure to deal with a friendly professional company.
