This is the second order with the UK EV Installers shop and on both occasions the items were delivered well packed and sturdy.
Arrived on time as advised by the seller and I was kept informed all the way through the shipping process.
Best prices as well, so a win win scenario.

Excellent service, product well packaged and supplied quickly
Really good service from this company. I can well recommend it. I recently bought a Solax Triple Power slave battery to add to my stack, giving me around 16kWh. I ordered on a Friday and it arrived well packaged on the following Tuesday. Brill.

They have delivered to me wrong type of the car charger, I have ordered 22kW 3-phase but I received 7kW single phase
The payment has been for the more expensive part but they provided the cheaper stuff.
When I did the claim all were sorted.
James was very helpful throughout the entire process and handled the matter professionally.
So I changed the rate.

Many thanks for your order, and review. We were very disappointed to have sent the wrong product, which was a small human error, but should not have happened. Having discussed the matter in person it's great to now have a relationship that we can build on. Thank you.

Excellent customer service
There was a little delay with the delivery, however this was dealt with excellently by the customer service team (James in particular). Communication was prompt and friendly, and it was refreshing that he picked up the phone to discuss and resolve the issue. A very good experience.

UK EV Installers company is outstanding and a pleasure to deal with.
The incredibly fast delivery time upon placing the order is truly exceptional, and combined with some of the lowest prices in the UK and a very much appreciated courteous and helpful service from the outset, I do not hesitate to thoroughly recommend UK EV Installers to anyone needing solar and battery supplies.
Thanks for your help and assistance James. Well done.

Delivery experience was stressful
Delivery experience was stressful. Unaware this had to be signed for. DHL supposedly attempted delivery twice with no information/card left. Resulting in a failed delivery. Then on third day Evishop emailed to say delivery would be made that day which it did. So ended well but very frustrating. Would not have the confidence to use again

Hi, I'm glad that your charger arrived safely. For our part we received your order and dispatched from our warehouse the next day with a good quality courier in DHL.
We also utilise a live tracking system which should have sent you an email at each stage of the delivery, from dispatch to received.
I'm sorry that DHL missed you a couple of times and that that's reflected in our low score review, but unfortunately drivers do sometimes not leave the calling card they are supposed to, which is very frustrating.
I hope that you can trust that we take security of the delivery seriously.
Now that you have the charger, I hope you enjoy your choice and happy charging.

Excellent products and James is a very knowledgeable and fair man who always does his best to help you make an informed choice — he has applied discounts to the products we have purchased without us bartering which I think shows his commitment to ensuring his customers get a good deal on his products.
