Excellent service. Ordered some shoes, they end up being out of stock, refund was very quick. Placed another order for different shoes and received them a few days later with DHL international shipping.

Encountered an error when my item was entering customs, which was promptly rectified by Matteo.

Despite the delay, the package arrived within a week.

I live in Australia, and I typically support local businesses. However, when purchasing climbing gear, I buy online from EpicTV. Despite the delivery costs, the prices are much lower, the selection is more extensive, and the delivery is speedy. Additionally, tracking the package is convenient and reliable.

Ich habe einen beschädigten Artikel erhalten. Auf meine Anfragen beim Support erhalte ich jedoch immer nur generische Antworten, die automatisiert wirken und nicht auf mein Problem eingehen.

To start with I was not sure about the company as the name sounded weird and the price was the lowest by I could find online. The money was taken, no email arrived so I was sure it's scam and I should have known better. After a week I emailed the customer service to see that it was my mistake. I had a typo in my my email address. The customer service was very quick and resolved the mystery immediately. The package was already waiting in the pick up point for a few days. So overall great price, quick delivery, extremely helpful, quick in replying, and nice customer service (Thank you Sally)!

Freaking ass experience. Recently bought tenaya oasi from them as a gift for my friend and gave me a s**t ass quality shoe saying that’s how it looks like. With so much scratches and glue all over. LOL like are you taking us a dumb person or what? Asked to return and refund but took forever to reply and saying the shoe is ok. They are scammers so don’t trust them.

Noticed Patagonia Cragsmith with 40% discount. After checking the color selection, noticed that black color has only 10% discount. Asked customer service if they could match the discount. After contacting them, they removed 40% discount overall. To sum up - customer asks regarding the discount, they increase the prices, Avoid, avoid, avoid. Thanks to Matteo for being totally useless.

Es la segunda vez que compro por EPIC TV, la primera compré una tienda de camping que resulta que no tenian en stock y después de muchas idas y vueltas me devolvieron la segunda.
La segunda y más reciente, compre ropa hace 3 semanas y aún no me llego, les he reclamado varias veces que está ocurriendo y dicen que es culpa de la empresa de envíos pero tampoco me saben decir otra respuesta y no se ponen en contacto con la empresa de envíos ya que son ellos los que tienen que reclamar. Aún la sigo esperando y no me saben decir nada... Un desastre!

Ordered a climbing shoe for an amazing price on Black Friday.

The wrong item arrived instead. I must admit, the customer service was fast to respond, send a return label and refund me the item.

But I missed the opportunity to buy something on sale since I was forced to return the items incorrectly sent, and I was not given an opportunity to get the item I ordered on the first place, or a discount code to be able to order the same item again with the Black Friday price.

Nulla da dire sulla spedizione ma dopo aver provato l'articolo e resomi conto che la taglia non andava bene sono iniziati i problemi. Oltre a dover pagare le spese di restituzione, che per il Regno Unito partono da un minimo di 20 euro, ci sono i dazi doganali (18 euro nel mio caso) che EpicTv dice chiaramente di non poter rimborsare. Per un paio di scarpe pagate 70 euro si ricevono indietro 33 euro! Acquistate su questo sito solo se siete più che sicuri di non dover restituire l'articolo.

Do not buy from epic tv if you are ordering from outside the uk! i ordered shoes. They didnt fit me. It cost me 35 euros just to send them back! beware of this

Got my package, but only 2\3 items received. Contacted support regarding the issue and they owned their mistake immediately. Shipped me the missing item the very same day. Very fast communication, top notch service !
