I have worn these shoes for less than 2 months and one of them is completely falling apart. The entire bottom of the shoe is becoming disconnected from the leather. They only offered me a 20% discount off another pair- no refund and no replacement. If you're looking for fast fashion, shop peche is for you.

I purchased the boots for €178,95, and the experience has been incredibly disappointing. The website states that the boots are true to size, so I ordered a size 38 even though I normally wear a 37.5. Despite ordering a size up, they were painfully tight and felt at least a full size too small. They caused blisters and open wounds, and I had to take them off after walking for only around 15 minutes.

To make matters worse, the leather around the heel started coming loose after this single short wear. For €178,95, I expect a product that is wearable, comfortable and of reasonable quality.

I contacted customer service, explained the issues, provided photographic evidence and requested a refund. Returning the boots would also leave me facing approximately €70 in customs charges, on top of potential return shipping costs. Despite contacting them multiple times, I have received absolutely no response.

The lack of communication is unacceptable. When a customer experiences such significant discomfort and apparent quality issues after just one short wear, the least they deserve is a timely response and a fair resolution.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this brand. Both the product quality and the customer service have been extremely disappointing.

Shop Peche is another instagram brand scam. Their shoes fit poorly and they have major shipping issues. And you cannot return anything. I bought a pair of boots and the wrong size arrived, they sent the right size and I could barely get it on my foot. I returned both for store credit- I ordered a sweater and a shirt. Took two weeks for the items to ship and then I only received the sweater, and it’s a different brand from Korea. Buyer beware.

Horrible experience. They don't offer refunds, just store credit. However, I am unable to exchange my top for another item because they have limited sizing and selection. They only offer one size labeled small/medium which fits more like a small or even extra small. For a store that also doesnt gave a large selection, I feel like they only do store credit as a way for them to keep their clients money even when things don't fit or workout. Ive tried explaining to them that I literally cant exchange because none of their sizes fit me and they said they still cant do refund. This was my first time shopping from them and I regret not checking reviews here first. But definitely last time shopping with them. Businesses like this just dont care about customers, it felt like a scam.

Wish I had researched this company before placing an order… I need a pair of comfortable loafers for a business trip to Japan. I placed an order because according to their website they should have arrived in time. My order was marked as shipped, but UPS never received the package… just says label printed. I reached out to the company and they cited “restocking delays.” The shoes were not marked as out of stock, or back in stock on a certain date. Which they clearly should have been. I asked in my initial inquiry to cancel if my order would not arrive by Sept. 11 and they for some reason ignored that request and said they’d prioritize my order to ship on Sept. 11. I will be across the Pacific in a beat up pair of loafers and my new ones will be at my door. Bootleg.

I received two right foot shoes in the Avah model. A bit disappointing, quality control needs to do better.

Customer service is incredibly quick! Reached a resolution within a day and a $20 gift card for the inconvenience. Will be going back and recommending store to friends.

I haven't received my order yet, it's been nearly 4 weeks since ordering and when I have emailed them my messages are returned. I feel that this is just a scam. I have asked for a refund but not got a reply . DO NOT USE THIS SITE

loafers thread ripped after less than 10 wears. peche has not responded to my email for more than 3 days. shoes are cute but agree with other reviewers that there was a horrible stench to them.

I reached out four times to initiate a exchange for a larger size. Their website recommended to go a size smaller for the style. No response from customer service or even an auto reply. Now it's past the exchange time frame and stuck with a pair of loafers that is unwearable. Quality of shoe is so-so and there was a terrible smell when I opened the box.

Ordered a $150 dollar pair of loafers for Christmas for my daughter. Took a very long time to receive and did not get for Christmas. She went out of town and came back after they were delivered and within the return time frame. They are too small. I have emailed the company four times to exchange the shoes. No response. It's like a fake company or something. They do have a very strong smell of some sort. Like petroleum oil or something. Do not recommend ordering from this company.

I will not be paying any additional money to your scam company. These shoes took 5 weeks to come, missed Christmas, weren't even close to the size I ordered, and smell like a toxic waste facility. I don't like anything else in your store and it looks like your model is a prisoner of war that is unhappy and never gets fed. I initiate a return (the day I receive the product) for these reasons and you won't even give a refund but expect me to pay more money to ship the item back and repeat this process?! Shame on you. I can afford it, but others cannot. Please release and feed your model and release the other prisoners that work in your toxic factory sweatshop!

Had maybe the worst customer service experience ever when I went to their Lower East Side location to try to exchange my shoes. The woman helping me was barely familiar with the merchandise, and turned out to be the manager. She seemed bothered that I was there and I had to pry information out of her about how I could get the correct shoe size. They didn’t have the shoes I wanted in store so she said she couldn’t help me. I had to ask if they could order the right size for me online as an even exchange and that seemed to be a huge inconvenience. Since they don’t offer refunds and only exchanges, I’m not sure what would have happened if I didn’t ask for the correct size. Fast forward almost a month later and I still do not have the shoes. I’ve reached out to customer service and they said to give them a few days to figure out my order. I ordered the original shoes almost 2 months ago so I can’t comment on the actual shoes, but I will not be purchasing from this company again simply because of the hassle it has been.

My problem was solved very fast and in a kind way.

I ordered a pair of shoes, I waited for it like about 3 or 4 weeks, but it's okay, cause I live in Europe, not in the USA. So they finally arrived and guess what happened then? The sole came off after just one wear! I took them in for repair, they glued the broken sandal, I wore them one more time, and then the other sandal broke as well. Design of shoes is really nice, but the quality... no words

Shoes looked really nice online but once I got them, they’re hard and uncomfortable. Not worth it especially for the price and only store credit for returns.

Received my order today and was completely disappointed: very bad quality shoes( plastic) and they smell so bad… went checking and saw the same model selling for 22 euros( mine were122 usd).
