If I could rate negative stars, I would. The items I ordered were too small, even though I ordered two sizes larger than I normally wear. When I enquired about returning the items I was told it would be too expensive and take too long and they offered a $20 gift certificate (my order was over $100). DO NOT order from them

I'd prefer to give 0 stars. I received order and not only are the tops bad quality, they are constructed in a way that makes it impossible to fit. When I asked to ships back and give me a refund they instead tried to have me get more products. On my second attempt they gave me an excuse on why they can refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I am stuck keeping the tops and wasting every penny.

Order 2 tank tops in a L and one was sent as M. Emailed customer service and they said it was correct. Sent them a screenshot from their site of my order and they said they go by the fulfillment invoice which makes no since! After many emails demanding refund for the wrong size they want me to return the item at my expense. Poor quality at bes. I wear a Large all day long and often can do a medium. Not with this company. Order a size up and be prepared for poor quality. At best, this one the one can wear will be a yard working tank tops!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM RHIS COMPANY

The absolute WORST company to purchase anything from. JUST DO NOT DO IT!!! If you happen to need customer "support" you will NOT get it!! I don't think they even have a customer support team!!! You might as well just go throw your money in the trash can!!!!

Don’t buy from this company, I would give zero if I could. I ordered a jumper for my teenage daughter’s Christmas present, it arrived full of holes, literally all over it. When I complained I was told this was the style and they were intentional holes, even though there was no mention of them in the description or the product pictures online. They advised me to ‘find somebody else to give it to’, like that works for my daughter’s Christmas present. Eventually I got a £6 refund which was the most they’d give. The jumper went in the bin and my daughter cried. Total rubbish quality and horrible customer service.

Not even one star more like a negative 5 star…just a warning I would not buy from this company it’s a ripoff and they don’t give a shit about the customer or customer service!

I received half my order and the customer service to get my money refunded was ridiculous. I still have not received a refund for items i have not received.
Save yourself some money because it is a scam!!!!!!!!

Ich bestell auf emmiol auch gerne mal die mystery Boxen. Ergo ich geb nur die Größe an und weiß erst was kommt wenn es da ist. Teile haben immer gepasst. Tracking funktioniert auch. Selbst als ich ausversehen die falsche Größe bestellt habe konnte mir der Support über Email helfen es noch in die richtige Größe zu ändern bevor es verschickt wurde. Verstehe die negativen Bewertungen nicht. Wer den Service von stationären Läden erwartet, sollte auch stationär kaufen und nicht online

Do not get this brand. The jeans I got smelled so bad and I’ve washed them over ten times!!!!! And the smell still won’t come out. Such a waste of money, do not waste your money like I did!!!

i ordered 4 pairs of pants in 2023, within a few months they began to fall apart, suuuuper long uncut thread clusters almost everywhere and the zippers blew out within a month leaving my fly open 24/7, DO NOT buy from this upsold fast fashion shein clone.

Good quality product, smooth delivery, and responsive to issues of concern.

Sent me the wrong product and refuced to refund it or pay for the return shipping still fighting this with customer service. Never use this site.

J'ai commandé un pantalon chez eux pour recevoir un truc qui n'y ressemblait pas du tout. Selon leur politique de retour si le produit reçu ne correspond pas au produit acheté, alors c'est à eux de payer la livraison ainsi que le remboursement. Pourtant j'ai envoyé pleins de mails en vain pour qu'il me fasse comprendre que c'était de ma faute, que j'avais commandé la mauvaise taille et qu'ainsi, si je voulais un remboursement, il fallait que je paie la livraison (entre 20 et 30 euros) ainsi que 20 euros de coût d'entretien. De l'abus !

Ho ordinato un corsetto al inizio di agosto ( quasi due mesi fa), i soldi gli hanno preso subito invece l’ordine non è mai arrivato, neanche una mail di conferma non mi hanno mandato ( purtroppo non ho fatto uno screenshot della conferma del ordine). Avevo scritto al loro servizio clienti - mai ho ricevuto una risposta. Pessimi! Non ordinate perché non sono affidabili!

This company is a complete joke. Ordered two items and it took over 7 weeks to receive the 2nd item which was not what I ordered. I have been back and forth with customer service over 10 times and they refuse tonpay the return shipping back to China for the incorrect item despite the fact that this is in violation of their written return policy on their website. Each response they offer me a higher percent off to keep the item I don't want. Clearly a tactic to tire out their disgruntled customers. I am infuriated with the complete scam this is. Buyer beware.

Genuinely awful. I bought two pairs of jeans and a top, both of the jeans looked VERY different from the photos and the sizing was so off. They sent me the wrong top. This is clearly all cheaply made and this website resells it for way more. Save your money, find another website.

I’ve purchased here before and got packages delivered until I bought $95 worth of clothings and then seeing it get cancelled for a shirt that was out of stock even though it never said out of stock and support never responded to me.

De valde att skicka en annan produkt eftersom den byxa jag beställde var slut, detta trots att jag uttryckligen sa att jag då inte ville ha någon annan byxa, utan pengarna tillbaka. Uppenbarligen är det inte så de jobbar för efter detta startade en lång process där Emmiol påstår att den billigare produkt jag fått är minst lika bra och därför kan de inte återbetala mig. Till slut ger de olika erbjudande om att betala tillbaka en del av byxans kostnad ca 30%. Jag nekar eftersom jag aldrig ville ha något annat än det jag beställt. De vill då att jag skickar tillbaka ”gympabrallan” som de skickat för att jag ska få en full återbetalning. Företaget ligger så klart i Kina, vilket blir en alldeles för dyr kostnad då de vägrar stå för shipping. Jag skriver en recension här på Trustpilot och då återkommer de plötsligt och ber mig ta bort den och även mitt krav mot dem på Paypal. Om jag gör det så erbjuder de mig 50% av byxans värde. Eftersom jag avslutat mitt paypalkonto så kan jag inte ta bort mitt ärende, vilket gör att de till slut behöver betala en liten avgift till Paypal. Säkerligen hade man kunnat lösa det med Paypal, men ärligt, allt detta för att företaget uppenbarligen har en policy att aldrig återbetala kunderna och istället skicka andra produkter, när en vara visar sig vara slut. Så här är min recension igen. Jag rekommenderar INGEN att beställa från detta företag. Blir något fel så kommer det bli en förlustaffär för dig som kund. Företaget kommer säkert svara på min recension och påstå olika saker, och jag tänker att det är upp till var och en att bilda sig en egen uppfattning. Jag kommer aldrig köpa från Emmiol igen.
