Ordered the shoes at the beginning of October. Rang today (21st Oct) to find that the wrong colour was sent to the shop & they have reordered the correct colour only 2 days ago. Last week I received a call saying a dispatch text re this order had been sent to me in error. Altogether not a very satisfactory service!

Pleasant, helpful service

My niece and I arrived early but we were immediately put at ease by our assistant Amanda. Once her previous client had left she began asking me what shoes I was looking for, measured my feet and enquired about my foot problems and medication. I was extremely pleased by the attention to detail and left the store confident that I had chosen the correct shoes, all due to Amanda and I wish to thank her for her patience and kindness throughout our time spent at Shoemed. Order arrived promptly but neither shoes fitted. I was rather disappointed I had to pay for return postage. I will return them tomorrow and hope the return is acknowledged. Thanks

I can't express enough appreciation for the Shoemed team, especially Lizzie. Not only did they help me find the right shoes for my parents, who live abroad, but I also felt their genuine care throughout.

The quality of the Orthofeet shoes, one of the brands they stock, has also gone beyond all my expectations. They genuinely change your quality of life, especially if your legs get tired when you walk, or for older people, for whom the right shoes make all the difference. Walking is now back to normal, comfortable and enjoyable, for me and, most importantly, for my parents, which is hard to believe now that they're in their 80s. Thank you!

Thee only problem is the type of trainers that are tailored for my needs there are only 2 styles.

I don't think that I could have been better looked after on my visit to Shoe Med in Stratford-upon-Avon on Tuesday, October 6th.
My only reservation about the appointment is that I wonder if more in depth questions by the very helpful assistant regarding my weight, posture and the exact nature of my walking difficulties might lead to a more positive result. At present I am not convinced that I am going be able to purchase a pair of shoes that is going to provide the level of support that I need. I return on Friday, October 16th to return a pair of Joya shoes and tray a pair of Orthofeet.
