Ship auto now. Quoted me a price to ship my car. After a week my car has not been picked up . Matt called and now wants way more money than the contract calls for.
Very unprofessional, can't speek English very good and they already have a deposit. They told me to find another carrier. I would like to get my deposit back. And I'll find another carrier. I will never recommend these people to anyone.

I want to give an honest and fair review of my experience with Ship Auto Now. Matt provided great customer service throughout the process. He stayed in communication with me, answered my questions, worked to find a carrier, and continued working with me when I became concerned about the pricing and pickup arrangements. I really appreciated his patience and his effort to get everything worked out.

That being said, the overall process was stressful. My original quoted price changed after I had already booked, and I was later told it would cost more to secure a driver. Since I was in the middle of moving out of state and had travel arrangements depending on my vehicle pickup, the last-minute change caused additional stress. I also had to ask several times for written confirmation of the final price and for the carrier, insurance, DOT/MC, and driver information before I felt comfortable proceeding.

Ultimately, Matt worked with me to resolve the situation and confirmed the final price in writing, which I appreciated. Once the carrier was assigned, everything went smoothly. My vehicle was picked up and delivered successfully, and I was pleased with the actual transportation of my car.

Overall, I appreciate Matt’s customer service and the fact that he continued working on my situation until everything was resolved. My main concern was with the pricing process and transparency, not with Matt’s willingness to help. I would recommend that customers confirm their final price and transportation details in writing before pickup.

This company is terrible. Unbeknownst to me, they are a third-party broker who over promises and under delivers.
They utilize a bait-and-switch tactic to lure in clients, promising to ship your vehicle by a certain date only to advise you after the fact that no drivers are available but for double the price, they will find a driver. I requested to cancel the job and they refuse to let me cancel. Do not do business with these jokers.

I have shipped my car from New Jersey to Nevada. I have seen very quick responses from them. I have spoken with many other transportation services which are too expensive but i feel Christina Hall services offer me best deal.

Driver the exact time Christina Hall told . Vehicle was received on time . No hastle, no asking for more money. Everything was smooth, driver was very courteous. Even though, we were not there to handover the vehicle, driver picked up the vehicle. Very happy with the service, Christina was in touch from the beginning, very responsive.

Great communication especially by the lady Christina. She communicated every change in initial plans and ensured I was carried along every step of the way. They have very competitive prices and their driver is cool too. I gave them a slim timeline to deliver my car by my birthday and Christina moved moutains to get it done.

Very stressful but I finally got my vehicle but at a price much higher than originally quoted

Negative Star Rating. Beware of this broker transport company.

Deceptive business practices. Provided an attractive quote to get your business, then when it is time to sign the contract the actual price is significantly higher.

I agreed to the higher price as long as they guaranteed delivery by a specific date and time. They even modified the contract to confirm delivery date instead of an estimated delivery date.

Carrier managed to pickup vehicle within 2 hours of signing the contract. Unfortunately Ship Auto Now LLC and their carrier failed to deliver on the guaranteed delivery date. The vehicle showed up 3 days after it was suppose to be delivered.

Ship Auto Now (the broker) blamed carrier. Carrier blamed broker. Received a series of excuses and lies from both. Broker nor carrier made any attempt to rectify the broken contract agreement.

Btw the driving time between pick up and delivery drop off is 8 hours and this transport took 4 days to get there.

The lies - the lies claiming the carrier was at our drop off location - and then “oops” the carrier claimed to have entered the wrong address in the gps. They stated it would take a bit to get to the delivery destination were even though they claimed to be at the wrong address in the same city.

8 hours later when they still haven’t made their way across town….wouldn’t you know it, the carrier- got a flat tire which required them to remove the fender. Claiming repairs would take several hours. The excuses were endless. These are the excuses we heard over the course of four days.

Broker took zero responsibility. They got their $100 payment for securing the carrier at the time the contract was signed. The remaining balance, I was required to pay the carrier.

This broker clearly does not vet the carriers they work with. This broker lacks any responsibility once the vehicle is loaded on the truck. Keep in mind, your contract is with the broker - not the carrier.

My experience with Ship Auto Now. Untrustworthy. Deceptive. Unethical. Think twice before doing business this company.

In our experience, this company has been very difficult to work with. They refused to pay the additional $50 that was agreed upon, and despite multiple phone calls and follow-ups, we still have not received payment. We were also provided with inaccurate information throughout the process.
The agent, Justin, was unprofessional and did not handle the situation properly. Communication was poor, and the issues were never resolved despite our repeated efforts to reach out.
Based on our experience, we cannot recommend working with this company. Please use caution, as it may result in wasted time, payment issues, and unnecessary frustration.
