Extremely unprofessional customer service

I was considering Car Shipping Express to transport my vehicle and received a $675 offer from one of their representatives, Brad.

During our conversation, I raised a concern about my vehicle potentially having been listed on Central Dispatch without my authorization. I asked Brad several times for clarification and tried to keep the conversation professional.

Instead of simply addressing my concern professionally, Brad eventually responded to me with “Are you dumb?” After I explained why I was asking and told him I would preserve our correspondence, his responses included “Stop texting me and wasting my time” followed by “Womp womp.”

Regardless of who was ultimately responsible for the Central Dispatch listing, there is no reason for a representative of a company that is asking a customer to trust them with transporting a vehicle to speak to a potential customer this way.

I remained professional throughout the conversation and expected the same in return. Based solely on the way my legitimate questions were handled and the way I was spoken to, I would not trust this company with my vehicle and chose not to do business with them.

I’m working with them for my sedans shipment from dealership every week and I appreciate the work over all and last time I shipped my RV as well around $2000, what I can really stars them for there service and communication skills on time update or professionalism with ronnie.

Experience was good with all services and I understand there is couples of negativity comments here as well but at the end they’re very legal and helpful compare to other competitors and my experience was very good with nick gardner genuinely saying.

Trust the reviews. These guys are scam artists. Quote and pd for shipping. Pick up missed, then they tried to get another $1200 out of my to have the car picked up. Then when I tried to get a refund, it was a nightmare. Had to threaten legal action after dealing with 3 different India speaking folks. The billing lady started screaming at me and kept cutting me off. Don't use this place if you value your time and sanity.

I spoken with rep named Sophie. She gave me a great quote, but at the end of the day Horrible. I do not recommend.LIES LIES LIES. Save yourself the Headache. All of sudden they have issues with Drivers. Booked months in advance. Totally rip off. Beware!

Scheduled pickup, paid $100 fee. The day of the pickup, they contacted me saying the driver would be 6 hours later than the agreed on time and wanted $1000 in addition to the agreed on price. When I asked for a refund for breach of contract, they demanded a $200 cancellation fee.

Classic transport bait and switch scheme. DO NOT pay the deposit. They quote $750 and will charge you 3x at drop off.

If anyone reading this has mistakenly tried to do business with them, you can take their USDOT and MC numbers, go to #1 the Federal Trade Commission website, and #2 the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration website, and file a fraud report. Give them all of the details of what you went through. It's time these frauds get shut down.

Terrible experience. Was quoted $700 to ship my car. Day of pickup get a text saying it would be $3000. Total scam artists. Avoid at all costs.

I had a good experience working with this company. They found a driver quickly for a reasonable price and everything went smoothly. Leo Hudson was professional and accommodating for the needs.

After submitting my request for my car to be shipped Riley reached out to me. She was very informative and eager to work with me. Out of everyone I received a quote from this company had the best quote. We ran into a speed bump due to pricing. The quote that I was given was not what I ended up paying. Although, that was a set back Riley still found a way to give me a discount and work with my budget and I appreciated that. The communication was great. Thank you Riley for your help.

This company will quote attractively (unrealistically) low transport charges. But, when you review their contract, it says that you will have to pay whatever the actual charge by the transporter is at the time of delivery or have your vehicle withheld. Moreover, it says that, once they assign a transporter, the entire amount they originally quoted you is non-refundable. They will not agree to give a firm price. After lots of pressing, "Ronnie Johnson" of this company (I suspect this was not his real name and is a name used by multiple call representatives) admitted that their quoted amount would go up and would not agree to amend the contract to allow for a full refund if I didn't want to go forward after hearing the final price. So, for the unwary, they accept the attractive quote, pay it, and then find out they owe probably double or more. Final straw--if you had to sue them, the contract says the lawsuit has to be brought in Novia Scotia!

Ms Sophia Johnson and Her Team are Amazing, Very Professional and Hard Workers on getting the Job done. My 68 Mercury Cougar traveled in Style in an Enclosed Carrier. And they’ll work the Best price for you. Thank you and I’ll be using you again.

This company is a total ripoff. Spoke to Ronnie Johnson he gave me a quote I signed the quote and a week later he told me that they didn't have a driver to get my truck transported down. Told him to refund my money he said that the refund was processed and I should see it within 5 days. He called me 3 days later and told me he now has a driver and he could get my truck down for double what he originally quoted me for. After the truck arrived I went ahead and paid the driver. Waited almost 17 days call Ronnie about my refund he said it had to been some kind of mistake in the accounting department that he would call me back. Never call me back called and talk to the accounting department told me that they don't give refunds. I would never ever recommend this company due to the fact they are nothing but thieves

This company is an absolute disgrace. Ronnie and Sophia are nothing more than unprofessional amateurs running a blatant scam operation. They have actively deceived and defrauded multiple customers, showing a complete lack of integrity, ethics, or basic human decency. Do business with them at your own extreme financial risk. You have been warned—stay far away from these clowns.
