It is rare that a product is bought and the whole process reflects the sales pitch. We decided on the "goldilocks" option and it proved to be "just right". No need to worry about the 100 day trial period. We were happy with the level of support after the first few weeks. We have had a series of "ok" mattresses over the years but this one is the best so far. It complemented our Quokka bed frame perfectly.
Delivery process was perfect and everyone in the chain was a delight to deal with. Thank you Mark and Team.

Just had my mattress delivered today. It's my second sherman so I'm not worried about comfort because the first one was incredible! The delivery process was so smooth and the delivery men were absolutely delightful.
It just makes so much difference when everything runs so well.

I purchased the Full Body Hug Sherman mattress after experiencing excruciating hip and knee pain at night for over a year.

After multiple scans and painkillers to sleep, we just couldn't find the cause.

An Easter holiday, on a very soft bed (so soft we thought our time there was going to be horrible) ended up being my first pain free nights sleep in over a year! Got home and the pain was back.
The answer, finally, was the mattress.

The softest mattress I could find online was the Sherman, and I could not be happier. Instantly pain free. Beautifully soft with support.

We are completely comfortable on the Just Perfect Queen size bed we bought for our guest room. We get a wonderful nights sleep! We have just recently bought a King Single and waiting for our grandson to arrive from the UK to test it out but I am sure he will love it too. I love Sherman's efficient and timely delivery and service all round. If you unsure on anything they will help you on the phone too. I am so glad I found Sherman!

The mattress is amazing, no question about it. I recommend it to everyone, I was just a little disappointed that the delivery drivers walked over my wet grass and bought muddy footprints into my house.

This was the 3rd "Just Perfect" mattress we have purchased from Sherman.
The two we already have are at our rural property where guests often stay and they all remark on how comfortable the mattress is.
As soon as I put in the order I was contacted about delivery and received updates on the progress of the delivery truck on the day.

We are enjoying the mattress. It is comfortable, and firm. As much as we like the mattress we were impressed by the customer service. Sherman answered every question we had, came at the time they said they would, and were polite and professional throughout.

A new mattress had been a long time coming and my partner recommended the Just Perfect. It certainly is and provides and optimum level of comfort. Very happy with my purchase.
