Delighted with my new mattress. The delivery initially arranged had to be delayed as I had Covid. A new date was arranged, however there was a mix up with the transport on the day and my mattress did not arrive. Sherman were most apologetic and rescheduled the delivery along with a complimentary pillow.

The delivery service was exceptional 👌
We've had our mattress for a few weeks now and it's certainly much more comfortable than the current one was! It's a tiny bit smaller than our old Queen but longer, so hubby loves it! Overall, expectations exceeded buying this beautiful mattress.

Loving my new full body hug mattress and also appreciated that there was a showroom to try out the different mattresses. Mark and the team were absolutely amazing to deal with. Prompt delivery, excellent communication and one happy customer. Also very ethical business when it comes to reuse and recycling. 10/10 couldn’t have asked for a better mattress and service.

An excellent product. Delivery was efficient. Communication excellent. We have now purchased 2 mattresses from Sherman and would highly recommend. The only small improvement that I think could be beneficial is adding some handles to the mattress. It’s not a deal breaker though! Planning on purchasing a third mattress in a few months time.

From my visit to your showroom (Mark was so nice...no pushy sales talk just friendly explanation of products) to delivery your customer service has been fantastic. On delivery day the guys were juggling staff shortage due to covid but they were still smiling

We have only been sleeping on our Queen size Full Body Hug for 3 nights but it's already been brilliant..I will write another review once our 100 days is up

Mattress cover is 100% poliester and I’m not in love with it.

The service from Sherman mattress's was outstanding, the guys who delivered our mattress were so helpful too.
So far we are happy with the mattress, it is very comfortable.

The mattress protector arrived promptly, and with a thank you note which I appreciated. It fit well onto my double bed and hasn't moved overnight (which is a fault of my previous mattress protector). I would recommend.

This would be the best mattress ever firm and so comfortable thanks mark it’s really great along with the memory foam contoured pillow delivery guys where great and took the old mattress away as well thankyou everyone at Sherman fantastic product easy no pushy sales pitch you decide which mattress is right

The most comfortable bed my husband and I have owned in 40 years! Service from Sherman was exceptional and excellent notification prior to delivery both by phone and email. Sherman are quality beds ! We would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new mattress. Thank you Sherman !!

Do not buy! Terrible mattress and even worse service!

I Never complain, but on this occasion I contracted Shermans to complain about the mattress LOOSING SUPPORT WITHIN 4 MONTHS OF PURCHASE. Mattress is sagging and lumpy. Feels like your sleeping on a hill! Response from Shermans... Sorry your out of the warranty period, Can't do anything, Sorry that you don't like that the mattress is medium. I never said it was to soft I SAID IT WAS FAULTY AND SAGGING. Shermans staff said they will send someone after covid to inspect the mattress (Of course this is just a waste of time because they refuse to rectify it anyway). And guess what, nothing... no phone call, No inspection...

Then to top it all of?

They THREATEND ME against writing a negative online review.

Perhaps explains why they are highly rated.

Will be taking these matters further.

Completely unacceptable.

I have photos of the lumpy mattress delivered with time stamps on the photos to show that it was taken on the day of delivery.

Pay a little more and buy a reputable mattress elsewhere.

Could not fault Sherman's great product with wonderful customer service. Every step was well explained. Delivery happened without a hitch. Thank you.

Amazing service & the process was so easy online.
Was able to pick my mattress up very next day & the peace of mind of the hundred day return policy is fantastic.
