I ordered this Shelter Logic replacement canopy after finding out the life span of another replacement canopy to be very short. The reason I am returning the one I ordered was that I picked the wrong model/size. Lynn was very helpful with the return and ordering the correct size. We were missing a couple of parts on our Mini Greenhouse.
They made right and immediately offered to ship us a brand new greenhouse.
I was happily surprised and I highly commend their customer service! Good customer service is hard to find and these guys hit it out of the park!

The time, expense, and aggravation are not worth it for their product. Check warranty information carefully and believe it. Waste of money for me.
The response below is a 'pat' reply.
My covers were essentially like newspaper with hundreds of holes and splits, especially in places shielded from the weather. Of course, after warranty. The cover and the doors were self-destructing at the same time uniformly. If it was just happening at points riding the frame or sections with the most exposure to the elements, I'd be more understanding, but it was happening to everything simultaneously. After complaining, I received an email from John Rodgers, telling me they would sell me their top-of-the-line cover at a discount. (After spending 5000.00 this is the best they would do.)
The pricing wasn't in the email. I asked for further information and never got any response. (So much for 5 Star Customer Service Reviews here.)

THE WEATHER WILL BEAT THESE THINGS TO DEATH! High winds, (any wind), snow, and the sun are not friendly to this product.
(I have Tarps from Harbor Freight for 40.00 that are still out in the weather many years longer than this product and in good shape).
I should have bought a cheap cover for my boat and parked it somewhere for the winter. I'd be ahead thousands of $$.

Christina Damiano made her best effort to troubleshoot ad resolve my issue. Product has a tear in the cover. As there was no greenhouses in stock they were not able to send me a replacement.

Reading your responses to customer concerns was very encouraging. Shelter Logic cares enough to pay attention to what consumers say. And my phone order was handled beautifully; I was able to get a special door for the shed, as well as answers to all my questions.

The customer service rep (Alexa Reynolds) was absolutely one of the most helpful and responsive reps I’ve ever dealt with! My issue was handled swiftly and to my satisfaction. The mark of a good corporation is the after sale support - that’s where the difference comes in compared to other organizations. I will not hesitate to recommend ShelterLogic to anyone.

This may be a little long winded but I've had a couple of great experiences with Shelter Logic, my most recent involved a gazebo cover I bought last winter so I could leave my outdoor furniture stored in the gazebo. I noticed after the winter that one of the provided ties had torn the eyelet and a part of the cover. Emailed Shelter Login on a Wednesday morning, received a reply requesting a photo and copy of the invoice Wednesday afternoon, responded immediately and woke up Thursday morning to a response saying my replacement cover had been shipped!!!! Amazing service and great communications. To add to that, when I bought the gazebo, I bought it from Facebook marketplace as "new in the box" but as I learned as I went to assemble it that parts were missing, my fault for not being more thorough. I compiled an inventory and sent it to Shelter Logic for a quote and explained my story, they offered me 10% off the replacement parts and they were at my door within days. Great company to deal with.

I Purchased your product back in 2019 and have on occasions been buying parts for my outdoor shelter as needed.
This time around I reached by phone and Kim happened to answer the call. Dealing with her has been such a breath of fresh air. Always returning my calls in a timely fashion. We then started corresponding by email which as everyone knows can be frustrating. But Kim was just as helpful with that form of communication as well.
I might also say that she was courteous, very knowledgable and went out of her way to ensure that I received exactly what I was looking for.
