Have not received parcel even after getting emails to say it would arrive on 30th October. Have had no response from Shein to any of my emails. I am going to try to get my money back through PayPal. Will not be buying from them again

I received an order on 11th November. 2 items missing unable to contact company. Tried to message them but then they wanted my bank details to continue conversation. I was furious that this was the way their company handled disputes.

Never shopping on this site again. Its just junk and u cant return it....they have u going around in circles and gettuing nowhere.....temu is much better shein u owe me over $200!! Theives....very disappoited...

Never trust shein when it comes to complaints about and item they avoid you to the world boycott them

WARNING,WARNING!,A warning to anyone wishing to buy from shein.
I have recently purchased over $200 of summer clothing for my holiday and the delivery company shein have used in perth are called IMILE.
i receuved a phone call fron the delivery guy asking if he could leave the parcel in the front door of my apartment,i saud no! As it would get stolen.
So i asked him to take it back to the depot and i will pick it up,so he said ok.
I then received an email stating my parcel had been delivered,the delivery guy put my parcel inside the front door of my apartmrnt block and took photos of it,as proof of where he had left it,he then stole the parcel and blocked my number.
I managed to contact my friends in another apartment, they went down straight after he had left and there was no parcel.
Straight after i received the photos via IMILE email,the delivery driver was un-contactable.
Very dissapointed,as i an now out of pocket $230

i just received the bikinis i ordered for mu granddaughts for christmas and i ordered wrong size, now they tell me that i cant return them even though they havent tried them on, to say im upset is an understatement, i have not tried to return anything from them before and by the looks of the reviews its hopeless, looks like ill be rethinking any future orders

never order from this store again, rude customer service, dealt with them for times and still no solution, requested same things again and again to solve my complaint.
Even though I explained clearly on first complaint and with photos of the item. (bad quality and into rubbish bin) They even closed my case and my order details after few days and need me to lodge again and told the story again. It's only about an item around $15, wasted one month's time.
They had no sorry and no refund or return.

Avoid Shein at all costs – absolute scam.
The item description was 100% misleading – it clearly states compatibility, but it does NOT work with this types of pods at all. A completely useless piece of junk.
The so-called "customer service" is even worse – revolting, robotic, and utterly useless. They play dumb on purpose, pretending not to understand just to avoid processing a refund.

Shein is nothing but a dishonest, bottom-feeding company selling garbage products and hiding behind fake “support.” Don’t waste your time, money, or sanity here is my recommendation.

I haven't had a bad experience yet but I've only ordered 3 things from them. I imagine that your risks go up depending on which seller you get on Shein as well.

The items I ordered were legit items, from a well known sports brand and tagged as such.
I ordered them a few weeks apart, and unfortunately they not suitable so I requested a return for both (two separate orders).

I found the return and refund process really quick and easy, they refunded me within a week of me sending each package back, which was surprising to me as having bought from other Asian marketplace sites (Temu, Ali etc) they are a bit slower and occasionally will start humming and hawing about a refund if you receive the wrong thing too often (which is always liable to happen with these types of sites).

There was a third item I bought, a small piece of furniture they never sent, which was disappointing, but they refunded me themselves really quickly.

As with all Asian marketplace style sites, buyer beware-- I feel I got lucky-- but having bought from lots of sites, there's always a risk of getting the wrong thing or not getting a refund. All I can say is so far It's worked out for me with Shein, I'll update if they ever mess it up.

Lastly, there is always the ethical considerations of buying things cheaply overseas, but so far my experience with Shein has been fine.

I will never ever buy another item from shein again.. how god dame hard is it to press on the item you want and pay and wait for something that rocks up in the mail looking ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the product i purchased. My nephew was so upset and P*ssed off - naturally.. its just so sad ive spent alot of money with this company over the past year and im dumb founded!!! NO ONE has reached out to apologise or offer the correct item sent NOTHING. what a joke!

I bought a hippipet carrier for my dog snd it is teally repnderful. Fits well and made well. All round EXCELLENT

received an order which was a completely wrong item supplied to what was ordered. I requested a return and refund the same day I received it.

A return label was supplied the day I received it with no return street address.

Auspost has nowhere to take this item (no street or warehouse address) and shein customer service are completely useless and clueless to what the issue is!

I have been going back and forth for 4 days to try and get the correct return address and a new label so Auspost doesn't return it to me again and I can get my refund.

Ho chiesto un rimborso su un reso mi hanno detto che potevo nn restituire e mi hanno rimborsato una cifra che ho fatto mettere nel portafoglio per poi rispenderla dopo qualche giorno vado a vedere e mi avevano tolto il grosso del rimborso con la dicitura scaduta ma può un rimborso scadere ?????
Stavo acquistando e mi trovavo discretamente ma onestamente dopo questo episodio controverso me hanno chiuso e nn sono l'unica a quanto pare

I had an awful experience with SHEIN and feel compelled to warn others.
I ordered a product that required me to upload personal photos. Shockingly, SHEIN sent my private photos to another customer by mistake. This was not just inconvenient — it was a serious privacy breach that ruined what was meant to be a special Father’s Day gift.

When I raised the issue with SHEIN, their response was completely inadequate. They offered me a $7.95 refund, which in no way reflects the seriousness of what happened. They refused to explain how the breach occurred, take responsibility, or provide any meaningful resolution.

Instead, I received generic apologies that ignored the real issue. Their approach made me feel dismissed, disrespected, and extremely disappointed.

This is not about the money — it’s about trust and accountability. A company that mishandles personal data and then refuses to properly address it does not deserve consumer confidence.

I am now escalating my complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) for the privacy breach and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) for their failure to handle the matter appropriately.

⚠️ If you value your privacy and customer service, I strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from SHEIN.

So far so good, I’ve never had any bad experience with shein. Am happy my husband also downloaded shein app on his phone. I bought trousers for my husband ,some vest and a backpack for a colleague at work .
Everything we purchase were perfect and he was very satisfied with all which made him downloaded the app .
