Recently bought a Solutions stairs refurb kit to replace my old bannisters and spindles ordering was simple and arrived a few days later we’ll and truly wrapped and secure
I’m not a professional joiner but the kit was pretty easy to use and looks fantastic big thanks to Chris for keeping in touch with me

I would not hesitate to recommend this company, our order was caught up in COVID lockdown. Despatched quickly on reopening, quality product and first class service, small problem sorted immediately. I have been renovating a barn and have dealt with a LOT of companies, this company is definitely one of the best.

Purchased a banister set, which was delivered on time. Quality of the product was excellent. and installed very easily. One slight issue was one of the parts was missing, which I didn't think was an issue and emailed Shaw asking how I could get the missing part. This was resolved quickly.

The website has plenty of choice, but easy to use. We ordered new hand rails and fixings, which were delivered well packaged and on time, for a very reasonable price. Hall now finished and very pleased with results.
Good customer service, too, with fast responses to any queries.

We purchased parts for the reflections glass stairs, all good, excellent service from them when returning unused items. Would recommend them.

We purchased two solution stair parts bundle landing kits for a divide between our lounge and dining area. We needed some advice and also had additional base plinths provided. From the moment of contacting Shaw Stairs (Jo Pinson) to delivery of the order, the service was extremely good. The landing kits themselves are of great quality and will be a feature in our lounge, we are very pleased with the style and quality. Very fast shipping and a good price. But one big minus for packaging. I received my item in original box cover only at the top with a cardboard.
T&C I quote "Please check all parcels are present and intact on delivery before signing your delivery ticket. If you are unsure about any item please sign on the ticket as "damaged". Any items that have not been signed for as damaged will not be replaced... "
Item should be prepared properly for shipment and save unnecessary stres for a customer, not only place a blame on the courier.
We all know how the parcel are treated by the courier's. A little bit bubble wrap will make a big difference or another layer of cardboard.
It not happened to me, but I was very disappointing with packaging. For this reason only 4 stars.

Service was fantastic from beginning to end and the product is outstanding. We wanted a bespoke solid oak staircase. Chris designed a beautiful staircase, heavy solid oak which fit perfectly and exceeded our expectations. The price was reasonable. Would highly recommend Shaw Stairs without reservation.

Shaw stairs made us a beautiful staircase at a really competitive price, in fact, almost half the price of some of their competitors. Very quick turnaround and great customer communications.Great customer service, both before and after installation. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Communication between the company and myself was excellent and the quote was suspiously cheap ,however the quality was ridiculously good and just what I was after . I’ll have used the twice now and will again

I have had the pleasure of working with the shaw stairs team now for many years. They supply us with around 50 stairs a year and have been fantastic on every project. They go above any other suppler to help where they can even to point of staying late to get jobs done in time for Christmas for us. Would not hesitate in recommend in them.
The stairs are great Quality and great turn around times.
But the biggest thing for me is the service you get when ordering/designing the items. They work hard to make sure we get the very most in head hight and awkward locations and help make them look original.

I’ve Used Shaw stairs many times over the last few years for different projects, cannot fault the quality/Workmanship that goes into making them. They supply a quick turn around on all there products that I’ve had, would recommend them 100%.

Following renovation I needed spindles, a newel post and cap and a half newel and cap made to match my existing staircase as they were no longer available anywhere to purchase. Shaw Stairs made bespoke products and were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The communication was outstanding. The company were so helpful throughout the whole process of sending photos, drawings and measurements through to production and delivery. The stair parts are now in place and look identical to my existing staircase. I couldn't have had a better match and am delighted with the outcome. A fantistic end result, and a very impressive service that I can highly recommend.
