I Highly Recommend this Company
A brilliant company to deal with. Their number of options for staircases is unbelievable.
Very friendly customer service and really helpful for advice.
I ordered some metal balustrades for my staircase and landing but unfortunately they were too big for my staircase. That was not a problem, ordered smaller ones and returned the originals for a full refund.

First class support from a knowledgeable team
My first time involvement with Stairpartsdirect Sales team has been a nothing short of exemplary. Responses to enquiries were without delay and actually speaking to a knowledgable member of that team was refreshingly enjoyable.
Quality of the parts was as expected and delivery on time.
I recommend using this company for anyone doing a project at home.

Exceptional service
Andy has been very helpful in helping me with my new staircase which looks great. We ordered extra parts (apron) which we forgot about and a mezannie.
The staircase was well packaged with no damage. The price was good and easy to order with Andy's assistance :)
I was concerned at first with them only accepting bank transfer payments but after reviewing the reviews and experiencing the exceptional service I highly recommend them!

Thank you for taking the time to leave such an amazing review. Our dedicated team of designers and stairbuilders are so pleased to hear that your staircase looks great. We do understand your initial concerns regarding bank transfer as a means to pay, however all staircases, bespoke and high value orders are only available with this payment method. We do continue to accept card payments and PayPal payments on our online shop. Thank you again and if we can help in the future, please do contact us.

Still awaiting Order placed 27th August
Order placed 27th August, delivery date arrived recieved a email saying parts were not in stock and they would be in touch when item's were dispatched, we still haven't heard a thing regarding our order and will be contacting to cancel, completely unacceptable to be waiting so long without any communication. Order id- #SD,154740.
Very unhappy with this company.
There response is garbage, the order was placed as i said, they told us on the due date they didnt have the parts so another order was raised, strangely we have today had a text to say order on the way how convenient! No thanks we dont want the order now you have messed us around too much.

Hi Beckie
Thank you for providing the order details, however the order on the number provided was only placed on the evening of 4th September. The items ordered are in stock, so we wonder if the notification and order in August you mention are from a different company. With regard to the order number provided, we dispatch orders on our free delivery in 5-7 working days so it would be expected to be ready to dispatch imminently
If we can help further, please do contact us.

I ordered various stair parts including a Thirsk colonial post which stated complete. When it arrived the cap was missing. Apoerently these gave to be purchased separately which I found a bit misleading. The quality of the products is very good. To improve things please make it clear that your complete posts are not infact complete and require a cap purchased separately.
The free delivery is a plus albeit a little slow but again o am happy to endorse the quality of the products.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry to hear that there was some confusion with the newel post on your order.
To clarify, the post is described as a "complete" post in reference to the post itself, rather than a post supplied with a cap, our newel posts and newel caps are sold separately. Each of our newel post product pages include links to coordinating newel caps available to suit that particular design, and we also have a dedicated newel cap section on our website.
The product photographs show the newel posts without caps, so that customers can see the post design itself, and the caps are available to purchase separately to complete the look.
We're always looking for ways to make our product descriptions and website as clear as possible, so we appreciate your feedback and will certainly take it on board.
Where our free delivery service is selected, we usually dispatch in 5-7 working days, and we use an overnight weekday carrier service. Where time is of an essence, we do have paid for options to prioritise dispatch.
We are pleased to hear that you are happy with the quality of the post itself and we would be happy to help you find a suitable cap to complete your staircase.
