Good communication from the off and the package arrived promptly via fedex from Italy to the UK. The ducktail spoiler fitted perfectly and overall looks great. There are some minor flaws in the weave which is slightly disappointing for £900 but options are limited so grateful to have finally found a part that fits and overall looks great.

Poor finish on the ordered fiberglass diffuser.
The surface oef the fiberglass diffuser has visible irregularities, pinholes, and rough areas that go far beyond what would be considered a "paint-ready" fiberglass component.
I believe this issue could be resolved by replacing the diffuser, or, if that’s not possible, by issuing a refund or offering some form of goodwill gesture. Waiting for an answer.

Our Customer service has promptly assisted you with the claim by email and invited you to excise your right of withdrawal according to the terms and conditions.
The product you ordered is a rear diffuser made of fiberglass material which comes "UNPAINTED" as clearly advertised in the product description on the Sforza.tech webshop.
All the fiberglass parts do not come "paint-ready" with the primer and require sanding operations to begin with the professional painting operations that will prevent the fiberglass from deteriorate owing to UV rays and the exposure to the weather elements.
You are buying a product made of a cheap material at a competitive price.
You have also been invited to consider an upgrade to a carbon fiber rear diffuser of the same aesthetical design which comes with 3+ clear coat gloss protective varnish layers anti-UV for an A+ grade of finishing on a noble prime material, which is the finish you are looking for.
You are pretending a goodwill gesture or a partial refund from the seller even if the product is compliant to the fiberglass standard quality.
Your claim about the finish cannot be resolved by providing a replacement diffuser, simply because all the fiberglass diffusers have the same kind of finish:
"UNPAINTED & NOT PAINT-READY"
