Personally, I think this is the worst courier in the world. I’ve had to deal with them several times, unfortunately, and every single time they’ve asked me for documents I had already provided. They call constantly, but then nobody answers, they hang up, or they don’t speak a word of English. To top it off, even after I sent extra documentation for a pair of pants I bought online, they cancelled the shipment and claimed I was the one who requested the cancellation. They’re a bunch of amateurs who should be in a different line of work.

Refund processed for around 2 months and still not complete. No update on the exact refund date too

Just leaving this review as I placed an order with the Glitch Production store and hadn't come across SF Express as a courier before so I was worried after reading the reviews here.

The tracking didn't update on the courier's website but I use the iPhone app "Parcel" which tracked the shipment perfectly and showed every update from both China and the UK, with the last mile courier being Evri. I ordered my item on 18/03 and it was delivered today, 25/03, so much quicker than I usually get parcels from China. Not sure if I'm an outlier or not!

Colis jamais reçu et aucune visibilité sur le suivi. Depuis 2 mois le colis est noté "en cours d'acheminement"

Horrible. Don't order from here unless you want to experience intense mental distress. I waited 3 months for my shipping and it still has not come. Shipping from war areas will come faster than this shipping company
Waste my f-ing time.

Awful service. Ordered a dress for my daughter which was for a 60th birthday celebration. Ordered off amazon on the 15th February with a delivery date of either 26th or 27th February. It finally turned up yesterday 11th March - nearly 4 weeks later. Website is impossible to use unless you are a Chinese resident. I had a 3rd party tracking site called parcel monitor which sent tracking details which wasn't accurate. Had i known amazon were using this service to deliver i absolutely would not have bothered. These sort of details need to be displayed clearly then hopefully people won't order and amazon will drop this service.

IT Sucks, I've been waiting for a month and a half, no package no update, what are they doing?

Item says delivered, customer sign-off. I never signed or received anything. Scam company.

J’attends la livraison prévue le 20 février 2026 . Le délai est dépassé. Mauvaise organisation du service des transports des colis . Je vous conseille de ne pas commander les produits en ligne par exemple le site CELIDRA . Aucune réponse de CELIDRA site de fiabilité douteux .

Without a doubt, this is the worst logistics provider I've ever seen. Package tracking is completely useless. It was estimated to arrive on February 6th, but it's February 19th and the package still shows the status "shipment arrived in destination country" from February 9th, and there hasn't been any update since February 16th. If it weren't for a replacement of a damaged circuit board, I would simply request a refund to my credit card and mark it as a scam. Even the cheapest shipping services on AliExpress are faster than this garbage logistics provider.

If I could give them no stars I would. Customer service is beyond horrible. They supposedly have no supervisor or higher up you can speak to. 0 out of 10 I would NEVER recommend, and truly believe it should looked into legally.

N'a d'express que le nom, j'attend un colis pour la st Valentin,sensé arriver le 06 février à ce jour toujours rien et plus de nouvelle du colis livraison indisponible....

seit mehreren tagen im wechsel: Ankunft heute, Unterwegs, aber verspätet...

wie bei den übrigen Bewertungen auch bei uns erfolgte kein Zustellversuch: wir waren zu Hause, lt. online - Tracking sei die Anschrift nicht vollständig. Merkwürdig natürlich, dass alle übrigen Bestellungen immer zugestellt werden konnten.

评价内容： 真的非常无语！第一次遇到这种集运公司。
拒绝拍照/收费拍照： 物品到了仓库竟然连基本的入库照都没有。想要确认下东西对不对？对不起，拍照要收费，视频也要收费。作为集运公司，连最基本的验货保障都没有，全靠买家盲寄？
强制性保险： 邮寄电器竟然被告知不买保险就不给寄。这难道不是变相加价？宣传的时候怎么不说有这些强制门槛？
转运纠纷： 最终因为这些霸王条款被迫转寄到其他公司，明明是他们的服务问题，转寄费竟然还要我自己承担。好说歹说才退了一半，这种处理方式真的很下头。
总结： 宣传和实际操作误差极大，服务极其不透明。如果你不想在包裹入库后被各种名目收钱，请一定要绕道！

Honnêtement, des que je vois que le transporteur de ma commande est SFExpress, je sais que je ne vais pas être livré dans les temps. Je ne comprends pourquoi ils promettent des delai6de livraison aussi court si ils sont incapables de les tenir...

Ne mérite même pas 1 etoile, nul, incompétent, incapable de respecter un délai. A fuir !!!!!!

I ordered from Amazon on December 11,3025. The order STILL REMAINS in New Jersey.. After calling twice, they're comment was " its out of our hands and now into carrier's- which is UPS I believe. What I ordered cannot be returned. So I'm out $45. Horrible business to deal with.And my grandchildren never got their gifts.

Malísimos, pierden paquetes pasan de todo, una auténtica vergüenza, un pedido del día 6 más de 2 semanas después no entregado y luego un día sale para entrega y lo pierden, me parece extraño que permitan esto en España.
