Huge scam. He handled my orders for several years and defrauded me of hundreds of euros by altering the invoices. When I asked for an explanation, he stopped responding and I never received a refund. Do not use this supplier under any circumstances.

Huge scam. Delivery took 1 month instead of the advertised 7-10 days, and Gary and the others ignored our messages when we asked for an explanation.
If you want satisfied customers and a low dispute rate, avoid this provider.

Wouldn’t recommend working with this company. After spending over $1M in COGS with them, they are now withholding more than six figures of our profit. This has been a terrible experience — completely unprofessional and damaging for any serious e-commerce business. If you’re running e-commerce stores, stay away. We’re moving to WinWin, who are far more reliable and professional.

I have been working with Best Fulfill since before they were known as Best Fulfill (they were just known as that awesome Chinese 3PL, LOL)... these guys are by far and without a doubt the absolute best 3PL solution you will find in China... they've shipped out thousands of my orders across multiple different stores I've ran, and they are still as good now as they are on day 1. Their honesty, integrity and dedication is simply unmatched by every other 3PL I have worked with. For any ecom guy or gal reading this, you can put your absolute trust in these guys (something that I KNOW is hard to do when you're just starting out and have thousands of $$$ worth in inventory to put somewhere) to get the job done. So proud of their incredible growth over the years!!! Hopefully we can all party one day in Guangzhou after this virus is all gone 🍺🎉😎
