Easy to use API, well-documented, and friendly support. After only a brief period of time playing around with their API, I'm now looking forward to using their API for a product feature on my product rather than using Google's API directly, because theirs is easier to deal with.

Exceptional, and I mean exceptional, customer support from a real human being through their in-product chat.

We use SerpAPI to fetch product's prices in our platform.
We tested several other services and we decided to go with SerpAPI for the following reasons:
(1) Excellent documentation (2) Good trial tier and playground so we knew in advance what to expect (3) speed - the results are provided super fast and can be even faster (with additional payment) (4) it's accurate and consistent - which is obviously super important - and lastly - during the deployment process we discovered we're missing some pieces of data when we fetch data and SerpAPI actually provided this capability for us within few days.
