Customer care absolutely first class really highly rated

I'm a developer building a data-intensive platform that required enriching a large location dataset at scale. Switched from Google Places to SerpAPI and the difference is stark:

• Hit rate:
Google ~70%
SerpAPI 97%

Data per call:
Google returns 1-2 fields

SerpAPI returns: rating, place ID, socials, mentions, + review snippets in one shot

Cost:
Google required 3-4 calls at $0.017–$0.032 each (~$1,145 total)

SerpAPI is one call at $0.012 (~$200 total)

The support is what really set them apart though. I accidentally upgraded my plan, messaged in, and within minutes they offered a full refund or a credit adjustment — no pushback, no runaround. I ended up keeping it, but knowing they'd just fix it immediately without hesitation says a lot.

If you're still on Google Places for anything at scale, this should be a no-brainer. I will be sticking with Serpapi.

What impressed me most about SerpApi was the quality of their support and how seriously they take customer satisfaction. They clearly care more about helping their users succeed than simply making money, and that really shows in the way they communicate and solve problems. Their system is well-designed, reliable, and easy to work with. It saved me a lot of time compared to building and maintaining scraping solutions myself.

learning to use Agents and setting up a few accounts for trials, had a few issues with keys, online help was actually helpful and quickly troubleshoot the issues, yeah it was my fault. stoopid python

Used SerpAPI for a small automation project that required analysis of thousands of data records from a public domain. SerpAPI made the task so efficient and easier. Had zero issues. And having a nice dashboard which shows all the important information nicely in one place helps a lot.

Great customer service and incredible product

SerpAPI has been a solid choice for search data. The API is fast, the results are structured cleanly, and the docs make implementation straightforward. I appreciate the wide engine coverage (Google, Maps, Images, YouTube, etc.) and the built-in parsing that saves me from writing brittle scrapers. Usage dashboards and webhooks are handy, and support has been responsive the few times I had questions. Pricing is fair for the time it saves. If you need stable, compliant SERP data without maintaining your own scrapers, SerpAPI is easy to recommend.

The customer support team of SerpAPI is simply fantastic. Though I signed up for a free account, I was unable to verify myself for the phone number. I reached out to them at 2.30 PM India time. The person on the other end (presumably in Europe/US) sorted it out in less than a min. I was up and working from 2.35 pm. This is what I call service, a lot to learn from them. Roi Driscoll you were great, a lot to learn from you and Serp on how to handle customers.
