Highly recommend booking through serene, I had the lovely Megan to talk me through everything nothing was too much for her and explained everything. It was so nice to have someone who spoke English to ensure me as I have never had surgery before. Once you are over there it is spotless the nurses and staff at the villa can’t do enough for you, I’ve recommended serene to my family and friends

I have just returned home after having a breast reduction with Serene Cosmetic. I had to leave a review as my results, the level of service and experience has been beyond expectations. For someone having their first surgery, I could not have chosen a better company to go with. I had my consultation with Lois and was made to feel super comfortable and relaxed despite it being quite a nerve racking experience. All of my questions were answered and the service was very efficient. Post op, the team were still checking in and making sure everything was going well. Honestly could not fault it, the whole experience has been amazing and I should I ever want anything in the future, this would be the company that I book with over and over again. Amazing experience, highly recommend!

I booked a breast uplift/implant, lipo 360 and chin lipo through serene cosmetics. I couldn't fault them. Megan was an absolute gem. I had a lot of questions and she answered them all for me and put me at ease about going abroad. They sorted everything and because I was going with a friend who was also getting procedures she made sure we were able to stay in a room together in the villa and the hospital. The hospital itself was amazing and the staff were incredible constantly checking on us. I would have no problem going again and I would 100% recommend Megan she is a star.

This is my 2nd time going through Serene for surgery. I honestly can not fault. Lois is incredible, I must Have done her Head in with questions, but she always took the time out to reply. I have had surgery carried out Twice in the Uk and had to get corrections sorted out by the surgeon in Turkey. My surgeon is Atif, I call him the miracle man, he’s fantastic!!! I can honestly say I am at the point I’m starting to love my body, after 30 years of hating what i seen in the mirror. Staff at the villa are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Had such a laugh with everyone I met there….only thing I will say is someone is missing a trick here..no more “Love Island”. The people and life journeys I heard need to be made in a new series, of recovery villa. Thank you Lois. Xxxx

I went for breast augmentation with Serene cosmetics at the end of March and had a great experience. From the start to the end everything was so smooth and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Lois was great and booked everything for me so when I arrived in Istanbul the transfers were waiting for me and took me straight to the hospital. All the staff at the hospital were lovely and the hospital was so clean and nice, abit like a hotel! I had my doubts before arriving as I’ve heard different things with surgery in Turkey but I am so happy with my results and is 100% worth it. Thanks again Serene Cosmetics for checking up on me after and making sure it was a smooth, easy, stress free experience for me. I would definitely recommend them if your looking for surgery in Turkey :)

I can’t recommend serene cosmetic/comfort zone surgery enough.
I had my teeth done 2023.amazing hotel,and everything included.was amazed with my teeth.
This year I’ve had uplift/implant and again the service,staff and after results were amazing.
Will be back next year

I’ve been booking through serene for a few years now & they’ve never let me down! They made the experience sooo stress free for me & easy I couldn’t thank them enough. Anything you’re unsure or concerned about they help you with right away & make you feel so comfortable. They also check on you everyday to make sure you’re ok as well as when you get back to England the communication was unbelievable! Can’t wait to book in again this year x

What can I say from the time I booked in for an over the phone consultation to having my surgery was a 5 star treatment. Lois the coordinator was so helpful in helping me book what surgery would suit me best and helped me with any information I needed .. from been picked up from the airport to having my surgery was amazing . The surgeon checked in on me everyday and the hospital staff could not do enough for me I felt very safe and well looked after .. The hospital and Villa was absolutely spotless clean . I would definitely recommend going to serene cosmetics and hopefully will be back in the future x

This whole process has been beyond my expectations and would recommend to everyone! I didn’t need to organise a thing just my flights which was very easy to do. Booked my initial consultation with serene in January and it was with Lois. She was so friendly and really put my mind at ease and answered all the questions I had. Even after I had my surgery booked if I had any concerns before the surgery I could just email and she would answer any concerns. I had my rhinoplasty 24 February and the whole process from start to finish went so smoothly I didn’t need to worry about a thing as Lois and serene cosmetics made sure everything was in place for me! Even after my surgery Lois has emailed to see how my recovery is going and again any questions I have had she has been more than happy to answer! I would definitely recommend anyone to book with serene cosmetics as it couldn’t have gone better ! Thank you again!

The staff is rude. IF i have time to sue this clinic I'll do it. Never act up behind the screens. Being disrespectful and Flippant with a patient is unacceptable. The service is very bad. Thanks god I didn't go deeper than that. Show some respect RUDE STAFF

I booked my surgery with Serene Cosmetics and everything was easy start to finish, Lois made everything really clear and answered all of my questions promptly and settled my nerves when I had any, she also checked up on me throughout my stay in turkey. They sorted everything for me, all I had to do was book my flights and show up! Can’t recommend them enough and have lots of friends asking about my experience and wanting to book with them too.

I've gone with Serene cosmetics twice now and both times they were absolutely amazing. The first time round I had breast uplift and double chin lipo and second time I had 360 lipo, BBL and breast revision. I'm so happy with my results and have recovered very well. Lois, who is the patient coordinator is the best. She is so caring and helpful. I would absolutely go with Serene Cosmetic if I choose to have anything else done in the future, all the nurses and people working in the villas go above and beyond for you. Hair Transplant
I had searched online for clinics in Turkey to have my hair done. A female friend of mine had used Serene Cosmetics for surgery and this place was recommended to me. I spoke with Lois who was very friendly and it was helpful having some English to book and arrange everything through. Everything was arranged for me other than booking my flight and I was met at the airport by the driver on the other who was was very welcoming.
The following day I attended my surgery once at the hospital I sat around a while before anyone spoke with me and went through any forms to be filled out.
After this I was taken to me the Doctor and he explained the process and what I would expect. I had a translator present who was very nice and talked me through what was happening at each stage.
At present I am happy with the transplant that was done, although this will take about 9-12 month to see the full benefits and see what the out come is really like.
The staff at the villa were very helpful, if you wanted anything to eat they were more than happy to make something for you. The rooms were pretty basic although I did like the dining room where you could sit and meet other people who had also been for surgery and discuss there journey with them. For the 3 days I spent there, overall I was happy with the service and would recommend it to others.
