Sendico is quick with receiving orders from Mercari Japan sellers , and the packing was very well done. Shipping fees are reasonable, but the delivery time could be faster.

Very Happy with Sendico & very angry on transport service

The system of buying and selecting on the website was good. I liked & loved the options I have on Sendico website.

I wanted to buy NieR Automata merchs which are only available in Japan cause they are never available in my country India. Thanks to Sendico, I was able to get my hands on NieR games series 15th anniversary 2B 9S A2 character keychains which are so rare. I am fully happy.

But I have a big complain to the transport service. I selected E-packet international courier service for my shipping. When the parcel came in my local area. The local delivery service people lost my parcel. Thankfully, a kind man found it on the road and called me by the number & detail from the info inside the box.
The shipping was good & nothing was broken. I think it's just my local delivery service which did this mistake. at least I got my parcel.

Parcels take a long time to be…

Parcels take a long time to be packaged. Poor feedback. They don't respond to messages.

During busy periods, packing and message replies can take longer than usual, as we process parcels in the order they are requested. Our support team operates Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 (Japan time), and we always work through messages as quickly as possible, though responses can sometimes take more than 24 hours.

There where a lot of hidden fees like import costs and shipping costs. This should be more clear.

Extremely Satisfied

Between postal strikes and tariffs, 2025 was a year of near disaster for me, but Sendico was the silver lining and set an example for customer service that I would love to see in my country.

Prompt responses to questions, reasonable fees, a great selection of shipping options, a more than generous item storage policy and excellent care in the packing of my items, I can highly recommend this company.

I honestly can't remember another company that I was so happy to deal with.

12+ days without a word from support

12+ days without a word from support.
It’s the second week of February, and all of my orders have been stuck in the Sendico warehouse somewhere since sometime toward the end of January due to a website bug. I cannot seem to get in touch with anybody to solve the problem. My many messages to support fall on deaf ears, and I haven’t managed to get any help in their official Discord server, either.
I understand mistakes happen, but total radio silence for weeks is a completely unacceptable customer experience.
The rest of the experience has been smooth, but that hardly matters when my purchases aren’t getting shipped to me.

Early February was an exceptionally busy period for us as we were in the process of opening an auxiliary warehouse to improve our overall storage and shipping capacity. This unfortunately created delays and increased support volume, leading to response times that were longer than our normal standards. We completely understand however that 12+ days without a reply regardless of the situation is unacceptable, and we apologize for this.

Please know that this was not intentional radio silence, and certainly not us ignoring you. It was a temporary backlog during a major operational transition. The good news is that everything should now be back to normal, and both warehouse processing and support responses are operating within standard timeframes again.

Tracking system

Tracking system. It's bad, i know that you can't do much about it, but I don't even know where my parcel right now. It was in Japan, dispatched and now - nothing. No updates on it. I don't even have information about approximate time of arrival .

Updating my review after receiving parcel, even tho problem with tracking is frustrating - there's nothing to do about it, so i will rate the parcel itself.

Everything came alright, with sorts of protection i paid for, overall service is great.

Unfortunately, we don’t have control over the courier’s tracking systems once the parcel has been dispatched from Japan. Updates depend entirely on the postal or courier service handling the shipment in transit and in the destination country.

Not for me

TLDR: I think they are okay but personally, one hoop too many to jump through to make an order. It'll probably be good for people who don't know Japanese but if you're more experienced, there are more simpler options.

There were a couple items that I forgot about and order deadline was coming up in 2 days. I usually use a different service that's basically just a PO box. I understand Japanese relatively well so I'd make my own order and send it to them. But I saw some good reviews for Sendico so I thought I'd take the opportunity to try them out.

I ordered my 2 items 2 days before the deadline. I was definitely cutting it close but they responded very quickly the next day to confirm my order. The issue was though, the order only had one of my items and they told me the other one was "sold out". It was odd because both items were part of the same set so they had the same deadline and they were made to order so it shouldn't have been. I checked the store on my end (a day before deadline) and it was still available. I sent a support ticket asking them to look into it in which they responded back 2 days later (a day after the order deadline) saying the item was sold out.

I'm sad I didn't get my order but honestly it was a fault on both ends so no harm no foul. What I learned though, was that if you have a good understanding of Japanese, you may be better off using a PO box equivalent instead of using a proxy service like this. I can't take back the credits I put in, so I'll eventually make another order and with ample amount of time lol

I have used sendico many times over the past few years. Products always delivered to Australia within 4 weeks. My most recent parcel is taking a bit of time, but I have faith based on history.
