I've ordered a few different custom products for a motorcycle and a truck from SCS that I designed in Adobe Illustrator and had a great experience every time. Super fast turnaround and the products have turned out perfect. I highly recommend their services.

Both Jason and Andrew were terrific. They came right on the chat and not only solved my issue, but let me know how to avoid in the future. Kudos to Jason and Andrew and the whole SCS team. You guys are GREAT!

Very bad company. I had a phone interview for Receiving position in Arlington, Tx. The phone interview went great and they scheduled me for an in person interview next. After the in person interview I get told by the Operations Director Dan Young that I had one of the best interviews in the past four weeks. A few days later I get a call from the hiring manager Alice and they did not hire me for the job I applied for but offered me a different position. They told me they just offered someone else that position for $25 an hour and they are offering me $24 an hour so I threw it out there to negotiate to see if I could get $25 an hour as well. (I let her know that it would not be a deal breaker and if they are not able to do $25 an hour then $24 is fine.) Alice says “I will talk to them to see what I can do and will call you back to let you know”. I get a call back about 2 hours later from Alice saying they are Rescinding the position because I did not sound “excited” about the job. Do not work for this company, they are already very un-organized and will also discriminate towards you a lot. How is it that someone who gets told they had the best interview out of everyone in the last 4 weeks gets offered less money than someone else they bring on and then get the offer taken back from me once I try to negotiate the same pay?

Good Price and very fast. They could add some more milling type services if they wanted, but I can't be mad about their turn around time, and cost. Also, they have a very wide range of materials available. More than I expected. Very good.

I'm just a small Urban farmer and we needed freeze dying tray dividers that would compartmentalize down to 1/2" squares. A friend of mine was able to draw up the cad, and recommended SendCutSend. Very easy for someone not familiar with the process to navigate, great communication, and an amazing turn around time. I was very surprised at the quality, they spent the time to group and package very carefully, and even added a little personalization that topped it all off. I have a few more odd projects that I will definitely be sending to SendCutSend coming up in the near future!

When you send your drawings they will carefully review them to ensure the efficiancy of the project. A second set of eyes, just in case you missed something. The turn around time is increadable. The packaging in which they ship your items is incredable as well. Customer for life.

I ordered a part and the bends were in the wrong direction. However, with a quick reply from Shawn from support, He helped me resolve the problem and expressed shipping to help us get the correct part in time for when we needed it. It is not the last time we will be using SCS.

Great company! But I’m curious how/why they got a 3.5 star rating? I only see 1 review that gave them 5 stars and thought maybe I missed something. I’m new to this “Trustpilot” thing so chances are good I did..

I spent years getting prototype parts made by several vendors and they were always late and overpriced. I was skeptical of SendCutSend being so much less expensive and supposedly so quick, but figured I could waste $30 to test the waters. I ordered 16 parts on Monday, I had them in hand on Friday! It cost less than just the shipping charges from the other companies I'd used. The auto quote system is a real time saver, and their customer service is quick and friendly (I accidentally made an order for "pickup" but I'm in another state. They immediately updated the shipping when I e-mailed them).
