Carolina Neto is the first person that I have dealt with that seemed organised and helpful in any Utility company that I have ever had to work with. She solved my query quickly and efficiently and was very friendly.

Joy was a star performer
I spoke with Joy who was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure she covered all of the items I required help with and gave me good advice on how to proceed with an issue I had. She made me feel that I was a valued customer even though I was speaking to her about a disconnection.
