Do not use this company
£475 of standing charges for a bill of £11 for Gas used!!! and this is legal. They are not interested in small businesses but only communicate this once you have contacted them. Poor communication for change of ownership & out of contract pricing with ridiculously high charges. This should not be allowed, shame on these companies.

Great Customer Service
Imran, who looks after our company account, provides great customer service, and always replies to emails promptly.
They display patience / are happy to work with us in terms of when payments to them can be scheduled by us. Very helpful.

After telling us for weeks that they did not supply the electricity to our property we are now having to jump through hoops to set to an account.
Just time wasted, when we should be able to concentrate on our new business!
