Royal mail letting this org down - impossible to resolve and nobody helps
Delivery confirmed - no actual product delivered and Royal Mail are so bad. Sedley haven't responded to my emails.

Now all in order / so rating for product is ✅✅✅✅✅Order jeans / wrong style arrived but…
Order jeans / wrong style arrived but kept them as nice quality/ shape / fit ordered again the Pair I wanted with WASH& DETAILS YET Unfortunately received sane Jean as first delivery - now after several mails explaining keep receiving mails to Explain / even returning thru their system having to Copy and STILL no Answers NOW I want a CREDIT as have lost faith in Reliability

We are sorry to hear this. As explained on the emails, we requested for a picture of the inside label for the jeans you have received which we did not receive.
I understand this has been returned to us via Royal Mail. When we have tracked this, it shows as still having not been delivered back to our address. As soon as we receive the item, we will issue the refund provided they are returned in their unworn and with original packaging.
Once again, we are sorry that this has happened to you but there was not much we could do to identify/verify the issue without an image of the actual garment.

The items I purchased are of great quality and are reasonably priced. Also the sizing information is spot on especially where it shows a model and what size they are wearing.

Unfortunately, the team in the DC automatically refund an order when we cannot locate the item in the warehouse and on very rare occasions, delay sending the customer service team the information to inform the customer as soon as we can.

Shady business
Unreliable, horrible communication
I placed an order, hours later I got the refund. I contacted their customer service and never got an answer. Seems pretty shady and wouldn’t acquire a product from a company that is not up to average standards.

I believe this was discussed prior to the review where we explained we had an issue with our email server for a few days which caused a delay in our communication, once again we do apologise for that.
Likewise, we normally do let customers know beforehand if we cannot locate the item in the warehouse before we issue the refund but this was not possible for the reasons above.
Sorry once again for not contacting you earlier about issuing the refund.

Initially received the delivery a day early and was impressed by the quality. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size so I had to process a return. The returns process was super easy with really helpful and attentive customer service. I was able to organise a Royal Mail collection from my home for free and have been offered free delivery so I can order the correct size. The customer care team have been super responsive and clear. Really impressed with the experience and will be ordering again!

Glad you loved the product and yes we wish we could too but unfortunately as we strive to keep our product prices as affordable as possible, it is something we have to do at this stage.
