Highly recommend I have a sculpfun s30 laser and sculpfun pro max rotary such a clever bit of kit. Really pleased 😌

Ich habe am 05.12.24 für meine Frau einen iCube Pro Max 10W mit Air-Kit gekauft.
Bluetooth konnte das Gerät von Anfang an nicht und nach ca. 2 Stunden versagte auch das WIFI. Der Support wiegelt mich ab und zurücksenden kann ich das Gerät offenbar nur, wenn es unbenutzt ist... (Original-verpackt).
Der Support liest meine Mails nicht einmal richtig und fertigt mich mit lapidaren Aussagen ab... (Mein einfacher Vorschlag war ein Mainboard-Tausch...).
Pech für den Käufer, denn das Unternehmen hat ja einen ausländischen Firmensitz!!!
Lasst die Finger von der Herstellerseite und kauft lieber bei in Deutschland registrierten Händlern. Ich kann jetzt ca. 360,- € abschreiben...
Ich hatte Vertrauen und wollte meiner Frau zu Weihnachten eine besondere Freude machen, da sie Miniaturen/Diaramas damit ausarbeiten könnte... - Dank schlechtem Support und eigener Dummheit bei Sculpfun direkt zu kaufen, wurde ich übel enttäuscht...

Horrible support, paid for it 5 days ago and paid extra for UPS shipping and still has not been sent..

DO NOT USE THEM!!

I bought a laser which was not available. They never reimbursed despite promises and several e-mails. Then they repeatedly tried to get me to cancel the PayPal case I had created because it would take ”longer” for them to pay me back for a product I had never received. If I had cancelled the case I would quite likely never have received a single cent back. No product received, bad communication, no refund. I’m incredibly happy PayPal took my side and refunded me.

I bought the 33 watt upgrade for my 10 watt Sculpfun laser. The upgrade motherboard died in less than 2 months. Sculpfun acknowledged the issue and promptly sent a replacement. They were courteous and helpful through the process.
I used the 10 watt for 2 years with no issues in quality so I felt comfortable ordering the upgrade..

I bought the S9. It arrived on time, and constructing the machine was easy. Using Laser GRBL or Lightburn was a learning process but not too bad.
Then the problems began.
On screen circles and rectangles look great until I burn them. Then they turn into ovals and rectangles which means the boxes or coasters expected do not go together and are not round.
The answer should be simple? It might be, but getting Sculpfun to reply with a solution is impossible.
So, I have a piece of expensive modern technology gathering dust in a corner.
Addendum: 30.06.24. I found the problem. The Y axis belt was not tight enough. Working great now. Still not happy with the lack of response from Sculpfun, even to this review.

They shipped my order from germany and I got the invoice from CN company. So the price shown on website and paid is BEFORE TAXES. Also take in consideration the extra paperwork needed to be filled. Next time I'm buying local for 3% difference in price. They refuse to give me an invoice from their company from France because of their "policy"

The product came. And it is stunning it is high quality me and my dad took 45 minutes to assemble it. So far it has worked very good!!
As you can see people are calling them scammers but that i think is simply because they cant figure out such an advanced machine :)

After 14 days they responded to the complaint, they send defective goods with an American cable. After 19 after receiving the goods, I could only check if it works, does not work and do not accept return.

Do not buy from this scammers. Their laser is HORRIBLE.

Be careful, thieves and crooks! Don't buy their products! I was scammed by SCULPFUN Factory Store on Aliexpress which forces you to pay excessive additional customs and shipping fees when you have already paid shipping and customs fees when you buy their products!! Aliexpress is complicit, flee this brand!

1) Product broke in under a year.
2) Promised upgrade kit was incompatible with product.
3) Support eMail was unresponsive.
