My new Scriveiner rollerball pen arrived yesterday, it is truly fabulous. It looks stunning, it writes beautifully, it comes in a very nice presentation box as usual and is a good price for what you're getting. You can also buy with confidence because Scriveiner have the best customer service on the planet. Love you Scriveiner.

They provide an outstanding pen and it was equaled by the wonderful experience I had recently dealing with Catherine in their Customer Service Department. I have purchased several of their fountain pens over the years. Every one was stylistically beautiful and an excellent writing instrument. I always knew the quality would be consistent when purchasing one of their pens, regardless of whether it was a traditional fountain pen or one of their EDC pocket pens. Recently I ordered one of their pens that was scratched when I received it. Knowing it was not typical and caused by handling during distribution, I contacted them. Catherine responded with efficiency and dispatch, replacing it. I might also add that they have the only pocket pen that screws on the top when posted that perfectly aligns with the nib. That only happens when the manufacturer is dedicated to quality. I have exclusively used fountain pens since the early 1970s and this is an honest review.

Scriveiner pens are the best pens you can buy, they are superb to write with. And scriveiner customer service is absolutely fantastic. The help, advice and resolution to a querie was handled with unbelievable professionalism by Sonny, who ensured I was satisfied with the outcome of his help, and I absolutely was. If you want to buy a top quality pen you need look no further than Scriveiner, you won't be disappointed, with your pen or the service you would be given. A truly terrific company to buy from.

Ordered the pen based on reviews and was not disappointed, it is the best I have used, nice and weighty and very comfortable and a good writer. On top of this the service from Scrivener has been impeccable, with Sonny resolving my registration issue on a Sunday, thank you Sonny. Criveiner even sent an email with instructions for changing refill and how to register, again great Customer Service.

Now I would like to buy a Scriveiner pencil but can't seem to find one!!

Customer service is alive and well at Scriveiner. Not only do they make a fantastic product, but their customer service is unmatched. I will never buy any other brand of pen but Scriveiner. They truly stand behind their product.

Support was amazing and they were very patient with and understanding of the matter.

In the past I have purchased various makes of writing appliances including Mont Blanc and none compete with Scriveiner both in quality and after service. I have purchased a biro, fountain pen and roller ball and very much doubt that they all can be beaten .FANTASTIC ALL ROUND.

Great products and excellent customer service! They answered me immediately and solved my little problem in 24 h and I live in ITALY.

Received this pen as a gift, I hadn’t owned a fountain pen before, so didn’t want to break the bank with one. The pen is absolutely lovely and even better is the customer service! I managed to drop my pen on its first use, damaging it irreparably, and Katherine was stellar, prompt, and understanding and made me totally whole again! Now I get to experience my treasured gift for many more years to come (and with much more core and attention!)

The attention regarding the 2-year warranty was great.

A pen to behold and hold! That is what a Scriveiner pen is. It has perfect balance , good flow of ink , neither too heavy nor too light. The grip is good and the finish commendable. It is also quite affordable to people from India where I live.
My suggestion is scriveiner coupon should be available to Amazon.in also.

Amazing customer service from Scriveiner. Emailed a problem with my fountain pen and within 5 mins received a response from an actual person. Another 10 mins and I was informed a replacement was on its way. This is true 'customer service' and a breath of fresh air in this day and age. Thank you Sonny !!!!!
