Received a lovely fountain pen as a birthday present and contacted the company regarding different nibs. Their response was very quick and Sonny was very helpful.

Had an issue with my fountain pen(caused by me), reached out to Scriveiner and they promptly got back to me regarding issue and within a week they rectified my issue. Outstanding service by Catherine at Scriveiner. Will definitely purchase from them again

I love a nice pen, I bought a scrivener pen because I love the way it looks. Very classy.
My pen arrived in a beautiful presentation box with a spare refill. Unfortunately I did have an issue with it as it leaked… but this I believe to be a one off. I called Scriveners customer support and the service I received was nothing less than exceptional. Jul was courteous and very helpful. Within 2 days I had an email saying they were sending me a new pen.
On a performance side the pen is beautiful not only to look at but to write with as well. Thank you Scriveners for the service and the beautiful pen.

I have also, like many here, have run the gamut of the trials of several Fountains Pens. I was under the impression that the most expensive pens would give me the best possible results. Wrong. I am a writer and a Calligrapher. Scriveiner pen’s have been a life saver for me. They are so beautiful, and the smoothest pen
Ever. Their customer service (Catherine) was so prompt to answer my question. I wrote her at 3 am, by late morning the next day I heard from her. (Time difference,). but it did sort of wow me. I have plans on gifting several of these pens for Birthday’s.

After owning a Scriveiner pen for just over a year and using it every day. I had noticed the top had become slightly loose on the pen but stilled stayed on. Also my writing was sometimes blotting. I enquired if they did a service for their pens. If not could I purchase a new top and nib? This was on a Thursday after six in the evening. Low and behold I received a reply straight away, could I send a video/photo of the problem, my order number and my full address. This I did and again an immediate reply was forthcoming. They would be sending a new replacement pen!! Wow was not expecting that. Thankyou Dan who was my contact at Scriveiner. This fills me with pride at a small British company setting standards we would all like to see. Well done everyone at Scriveiner. Oh and the pens are very good as well .A functional quality pen that is value for money.

Pen is a small item for many and don’t register for warranty. This is the first time I registered for it. Pen had a problem with nib smoothness and notified to the company. With in few minutes response came back and next day the did the full refund, because of some logistic problems to replace the pen. I was not expecting this kind gesture from any pen company, but they did it without any hesitation. Quality of the pen is exceptional. Now again will try with the same company.

I collect pens. I have Mont Blanc’s, Warterman’s, and other brands. The Scrivener line of pens that I have collected are far better pens than Mont Blanc and Watermans. The quality and balance of this line of pens is, in my opinion, superior to other more expensive pens. I use the Scriveiner pens daily. I wish I had discovered these years earlier for I could have saved a lot of money. Everything about these rollerballs and ballpoint pens our outstanding. The price is unbelievable for the quality and writing experience.

Fast service and support, very helpful.

I bought a journal, bound in leather, filled with handmade paper, and looking very much like Gandolf's personal spell book. I knew that this journal was much too beautiful to spoil with poor penmanship written with common writing tools of the common, unwashed masses, so I bought two fountain pens from Scriveiner. They are beautiful pens make me feel like Landed Gentry or a cloistered scribe in a monastery when I hold them. Now, all that remains is for me to review and practice cursive writing until my penmanship becomes equally elegant. I am so grateful that I found a family of integrity who puts craftsmanship, quality, and customers ahead of supply-and-demand, mere profit, and mass production.

I was completely NOT expecting TREMENDOUS customer service. I'd received a black lacquer ballpoint pen as a gift some seven years ago. Over time, daily use, etc., it was showing its age. On a whim really, I emailed Scriveiner and inquired what options I might have. Their response was within TWO hours and their solution...well...a replacement pen arrived today!!! Who does THAT these days? Scriveiner does!!!

There aren't enough stars here for the service I received. I ordered my wife a beautiful pen for our first anniversary and it was lost between it being delivered and me receiving it. Scriveiner stood with me through the entire process, communicated with me, and ultimately when i had to purchase another pen then made it their duty to make it right.

This Scriveiner pen is amazing! As an engineer, I appreciate the quality, craftsmanship and value that this pen has to offer. It's rugged enough to be a daily carry and has been in my pocket every day without issue.
The Scriveiner customer service team is top notch. When I contacted them with a small issue they were very kind and prompt. I could not be happier with how fast they resolved my issue.
The pen is a bit heavier than most which I really like, plus you can leave the cap off while writing to reduce the weight. The nib writes very smooth and the pen balances well in the hand. I have nothing but good to say about how it writes. This pen comes out of my pocket many times per hour at work and the turn and a half to remove the cap is perfect, plus it keeps the pen from leaking in my pocket like ALL my other fountain pens have. My next pen will be another Scriveiner!
