I have 2 of their fountain pens. Both of them perform as well as one that I have that cost significantly more. Both have a medium nib. Having tried a fine nib, I contacted them to ask if they sold replacements as I wanted to change my nibs to fine. Not only did they reply on a Saturday, they gave me the info on where I could purchase as they don’t sell direct. I made the purchase & dropped them another mail to thank them for the info & confirming I bought 2 extra fine nibs. I had another reply from them on Sunday to thank me.
What brilliant customer service to match their brilliant pens.

I would have usually gave 5 stars, but I received 2 replacement pens with nibs that can't be removed, and when I asked for another to be physically checked before sending it out, I was ignored, so that's the last time I order their pens. If you can't replace the nib to clean it or simply change the nib, then the pen is useless.

Tip dries out constantly rendering it useless, regardless of how it is stored - on its side, upside down-I use it about every other day...or tried to. Yes, the cartridge is seated and full. I bought two, and regret it greatly.

My wife's pen which had been replaced under warranty, failed with a twist mechanism fault. I contacted the Company to ask for assistance. After some discussion about the problem, I was delighted to be offered a further replacement, which was sent out promptly.
Many companies are less than helpful in such situations, but Scriveiner stepped up with their excellent customer service. Great outcome - thanks Jul.

Scriveiner's Customer Service is first class and, after years of searching for replacement cartridges for my much loved Rotring Art Pen and discovering most to be of inferior quality or not at all suitable, the Scriveiner cartridges are perfect. I am delighted and just wish I could tell all those other searching Art Pen fans out there.

I had a little problem registering the warranty for a Scriveiner Fountain Pen I had purchased, when the query email received an instant response at 9:00 or 10:00-o-clock at night, one is beyond impressed at the Customer Service. Amazing service!
The Fountain Pen is purchased as a "partner" to the Rollerball pen I bought as a gift to Grand-son who is doing tandem Uni and "hands-on" work in Building Survey. The Scriveiner pens have been a great asset, receiving boundless praise. Clearly carefully and thoughtfully designed and presented, excellent value and a superb Company to deal with.

I have recently purchased a medium sized nib, the pen is really good but after trying to use it, it bleeds more than what i have expected for a medium size, so i have contacted the customer care and requested for a replacement with fine nib which costs same. Initially they have accepted for replacement but i dont know what went wrong, they have refused giving reasons. I felt its really unfair. The customer care and the service from their is useless in my case.
So i have to return the product back.

I initially purchased a Scriveiner fountain pen from Amazon and was very pleased with the way it performed … that being a great feel, a very smooth write, and beautiful ink performance. I had a question so I reached out to the company. The Customer Service provided by Catherine was much more than I could ever have expected! She was quick to respond and very thorough in the information she provided. Her instructions and the links she provided were spot-on and I was able to accomplish all that I needed to. As for the product, I was so impressed that I’ve ordered an additional fountain pen and a rollerball. I’m a very satisfied customer and would recommend this company and their product with full support!

Scriveiner are an exceptional company. I have used my pen for many years. It writes smoothly, is a good weight and is a quality pen. Included in the lovely box is a replacement cartridge along with the little spring. My late husband bought me one of their pens and I treasure it, however, it came apart in my bag and I managed to loose a piece. I contacted them as I was more than happy to pay for the replacement part, but they have sent me a beautiful brand new pen instead. Jul in customer support is wonderful and writes lovely kind and thoughtful emails. Many thanks to Scriveiner.

A few months ago, I purchased a fountain pen (via Amazon) from this brand. I'm a big fan of classic fountain pen writing, and my small collection is starting to feel a bit limited. After reading several reviews, I decided to get a Scriveiner for everyday use.

Regarding the writing experience itself, I must say the medium nib is slightly broader than other mediums I’ve used — but that’s not a flaw. Each brand has its own sizing, and no two nibs are ever truly the same (which, far from being a bad thing, actually gives each pen its own personality). I have to admit the smoothness and ease of writing is excellent. The control over the line, especially when writing quickly and continuously, is something I really appreciate. It’s not a pen designed for precision calligraphy (you’d need a flexible or semi-flex nib for that), but it’s absolutely perfect for day-to-day use.

In terms of quality, it’s not quite at the level of my gold-nib pens — that’s to be expected — but it comes impressively close. And at a much more affordable price.

I should also say that their customer service is flawless. I had a minor issue with the pen (nothing serious), and when I contacted them, they replied the very same day and had the problem sorted within a week (and only because the shipping process took some time).

What’s clear to me is that my next pen (this time with a fine nib, just to have a bit of variety) will definitely be from this brand.

It’s a real pleasure when things work like this.

The fountain pen itself writes really well and isn't heavy while looking amazing i personality enjoy it best for drawing. Mine Recently got damaged and not only were they able to help me get it replaced but we're really kind and helpful about it.

The rollerball pen is exceptional and reasonably priced. I loved the fact that it came with an extra refill too. When I wasn’t able to navigate their website well, they responded quickly and the issue was resolved promptly! A good pen and company!!!

Le dernier stylo commandé n'écrivait pas aussi bien que les précédents, écriture plus fine que les autres alors que c'était le même. Contact très rapide et aimable avec le SAV, ils ont détecté une anomalie suite aux photos que j'ai envoyées et m'envoient un autre stylo que je recevrai ds 2 jours.

That was far from my experience no quibbles about getting a replacement pen .
Didn't have to send old pen back.
Just very curitous throughout the whole experience.

I have purchased 6 of the rollerball pens. They write super smooth and comfortable to use and the craftmenship is great. The overall quality of the pens is outstanding. I Have bought more expensive pens and they don’t hold a candle to Scrivener. I have collected pens for years I am so glad i found this. Keep up the great work and I’ll keep purchasing them

Two months after purchasing it, I had a problem with the pen's lacquer, which had started peeling off in one spot. I emailed the manufacturer, who responded in record time (they responded within just 4 minutes of my report), replacing the item free of charge within 24 hours. Incredibly effective and efficient customer service! I can therefore confirm my 100% satisfaction with both the item itself and this authentic customer service. I highly recommend everyone to try these products (I had previously purchased a rollerball pen).
