Scribe Cycling Anmeldelser

I needed replacement bearings for a Scribe wheel so took the bearings out and measured them. I went onto the Scribe website and ordered them. They were with me the following day. Popped them in and on the road again that night.

Fantastic service, ordered wheels on the Wednesday and they arrived Saturday, got the wheels put on the bike easy to install the tyres, there is a lovely sound from them, I highly recommend this company.

I ordered a tool off of their website that was listed as in stock on the 9th May, I paid for express delivery, so expected it in a day or 2. On the 15th May I emailed the company asking where was the tool, on the 19th May I got a reply saying, sorry we are actually out of stock and we will send it to you as soon as it is back in stock. On the 26th May I got notification that it was back in stock and it would be dispatched same day. If I hadn't chased them I would probably still be waiting. An email within a day or 2 of ordering to let me know there was a delay would of been nice and a refund for the express delivery that never happened would of been nicer.

Great Products. Fast and kind Support!

I purchased a pair of Core SL+ 60's. Absolutely Fantastic wheels. Really comfortable to ride, responsive and are great in the climbs, descents and all round cruising. On the occasions I have spoken to the team, I have found them to be extremely friendly and helpful.

Simply brilliant company, team and products. Highly recommended.

I have been using a Scribe aluminum wheelset for over a year now. 6000klm covered.
Before this years supported tour i noticed a small split in the rim.
Excelent comms from Scribe, i returned the wheel to them, it had a new rim fitted and was returned in two weeks FOC.
1400 klm covered on Munich to Rome tour, wheels perfect.
I cant recommend Scribe eneough.

Excellent service before, during and right after purchasing by the chat person (an actual person, mind!). Delivery was smooth and on schedual. Last but most definitely not the least the wheels are awesome; zippy, fast and fun to ride!

A top wheel company. Products are superb, 100% reliable, great customer service and pricing

I had a pretty bad crash, and unfortunately my carbon 70mm wheels took the full impact. There were multiple broken spokes, but somehow the spokes were the only things that actually broke.

After being told by two local bike shops that the wheels were completely written off and that I’d be looking at a big labour bill with no guarantee of a fix, I reached out to the team at Scribe to see if they’d be willing to take a look.

They were brilliant from start to finish. They opened a support ticket straight away and arranged postage back to Ireland so they could assess the wheels properly. Once they had them, they found that the front wheel needed replacement spokes and a full rebuild, and they even spotted that the bearings in both wheels needed replacing too.

I spoke to a lovely guy called Dan, who explained everything clearly, and by the time I actually spoke to him on the phone, he had already fixed the wheel. The invoice for the labour and replacement parts was an absolute fraction of what I’d been quoted by my two local bike shops, and the wheels are now being shipped back on next day delivery, perfectly timed for this London heatwave sunshine.

Top service from the team at Scribe, and a big shout out to Dan for being so helpful throughout. I’d definitely recommend Scribe based on their support and service alone.

Cheers, guys.

The new wheels are great with one exception and that is compared to my old scribe wheels (5year old) the braking is really not good. Using tour brake blocks on dura ace calipers. Braking was always great but not any more with the new wheels

great support & and a great wheel

In the first attempt my elan ultra 6 frontwheel was damaged during transport.

Scribe helped out soon & pragmatically. Wonderful.
The wheel itself ist just awesome.
Light, quick in the ascents. Stable. turns a conti gp TT 28 into 31 mm broad. Super comfy.
I had no issues with crosswinds bothering me, so far

Really enjoying my Scribe Elan SL 5 wheels — they feel fast, responsive, and are a noticeable upgrade on the bike. Delivery took longer than expected and I had to chase updates a few times. I also had an issue with the front bearings after only a couple of months, which was disappointing. Scribe suggested a local bike shop and, to their credit, covered the cost of the hub service and replacement bearings after I updated them. Overall, a mixed experience but good after-sales support in the end.

Have now ordered 3 wheel sets from Scribe, the best wheels I've had.
Really easy to order, quick delivery and easy to contact if there is a problem.
Was missing the skewers due to non in stock, quickly resolved.
Would definitely buy again.

Wheels arrived as promised at time of ordering. Well packaged. Have done about 80 miles so far on 35mm tyres. They look and ride well.

Good communication, friendly staff, products seem good quality.
3 week delivery was pretty slow unfortunately.

Quick and easy order and all delivered as agreed.

Great customer service from Dan M in advance of my purchase, followed by clear updates on what happens next for delivery. Nice touch was the wheels arriving with my new tubeless tyres fitted and with sealant inside. I've done several rides on the new wheels so far and they are really good.

Team responded to my query really quickly to reassure me about my order.

Extremely pleased with the wheels and the additional items provided as a result of delays with my order, going above and beyond even though circumstances were out of their control. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is down to communication. It felt at times like I was chasing rather than being kept up to date proactively with the delays on my order.

Great customer service with progress updates and prompt replies to questions. Outstanding quality and delivered without issues. The wheel set I chose to complement my Cannondale supersix evo gen4 are the 50mm ultras with steel aero spokes that are nearly 400g lighter and noticeable faster than my current wheel set. Being shod with conti GP5000s TR front 30mm 68psi and rear 32mm 62psi are sublime over the rough roads due to the tyres and the wheels being forgiving. The other thing of note is the predictable handling with cross wind gusts.
