Do not bother subscribing for ScreenPal - it will be a waste of money. They are very prompt and accessible with their sales team but there is no tech support to help you when you need guidance/clarification. Also, when you upload files in their desktop app, it tends to say that the file is not supported. You'd receive an automated email saying that they've received your request and a customer support agent will get back but after nearly a month, you will still hear nothing!

Love ScreenPal! I initially downloaded their app to edit content for social media for my small business and now I use it for a lot of other things as well. Their plans are super affordable and well worth it for the extras you get.

I’ve spent 2–3 hours trying to set up screen audio on my MacBook, and it’s been really frustrating.

Even after successfully installing everything, the option still doesn’t work at all. I just can’t get it to function.

I got annoyed with the pop ups so I paid for the deluxe version. The app keeps recognizing me as a free user not giving me the features a paid 48 dollars for. I contacted support and they didn’t get back to me. Apple is refusing to give me a refund. It’s been 3 weeks since i paid and still isn’t working. I don’t even want it to work at this point, i just want my money back from this awful company. But I guess it’s legal for companies to steal your money.

used to be a great app, not anymore, it's rubbish, buggy as feck these days.

I've recorded free 15 minutes uninterrupted add free videos and also downloaded the same video which confirmed me what screenpal said is true. Now I'm going to have there deluxe membership to explore other benefits. Simply screenpal is better than others.thanks screenpal

A somewhat useful tool, however when recording something in a so called "Story" you can't turn it into a file, and you can't even copy only the recording over to a new video so that you can save it there.

Advertised a free screen recording service, but you can't actually download the videos once you've screen recorded them without paying. This is an absolute scam as they advertise that it's free, and it absolutely is not.

I installed the software on my iPad Pro (2024 model), and it worked correctly for 3 months. THEN it started limiting me to 15-minute videos, and I had to install and reinstall the product multiple times. I reported the issue but never received any constructive feedback. Starting in January, every other video recording failed to save — once again, no helpful response to fix the bug. I ENDED UP SWITCHING TO Record It. I had requested the cancellation of the subscriptions, but once again, you did not take that into account. Please refund the $48 you just charged me. I HAVE NOT USED YOUR PRODUCT SINCE FEBRUARY 15, 2025, DUE TO ITS POOR QUALITY.

Permite grabar contenidos educativos en diferentes formatos y generar vídeos que se guardan o descargan en equipos. Ayuda a optimizar la dinámica para clases y explicación de temas que requieran un tiempo adicional.

buen programa para hacer videos y grabrar, pero no graba videos en linea o de una reunion o audiencia por ejemplo en el aplicativo celular , podria corregir ello

I use ScreenPal to make videos as part of the way I collaborate with other members of a team of people creating a building. I am making a solid model in software of the building, and I show my progress using video. The other people like it, it is a good way to communicate this specific type of information which is both dynamic and visual.

Fair Pricing. I like the fact that ScreenPal has a fair price and is easy to use. However, I don't like the way it ends video recording. The yellow ring that comes up at the end of recording a video. ScreenPal should look into removing this to make it unique like other video recording and capturing platforms.

ScreenPal has basically retained all the features of the former ScreenCast-O-Matic, thankfully. The only minor improvement I'd like to see is a full color rendition of the thumbnails shown in the opening page the way SOM has. The ScreenPal thumbnails are washed out making it hard to see exactly what the topic is. I would upload each photo to illustrate but don't see how to add them here.

I think Screen Pal is the best for taking videos

The application is tremendous, especially the new feature where I can upload a video to the cloud! My only issue is that it takes up a lot of resources on my laptop. Ehen I get a new computer, Screen Pal will be as close to perfect as it could be.

Downloaded what was allegedly free, set it up to hear it can't record audio. An extremely annoying, deceptive waste of time. Will never use them again. Why do they deceive? Do they want to annoy customers?

I have used this service for many years and have always been intrigued by its great value. Their customer service is impressive, too. I'm genuinely confused why anyone would give these guys anything less than a 4-star review.
