Terrible company - charged interest rate of 32.5%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid them at all costs

When I needed the help scratch pay was there for my baby girl that needed surgery.I would recommend this program.

Very easy process with the loan application. Also, the app was very simple to navigate and use for paying off the plan as well. Will be using Scratch again in the future shall I need it for my pet!

My vet is very accommodating with Scratchpay as well. They do all the paperwork I just make a payment.

Kept charging me “late fees” when I paid it which is 24.99, and apparently I missed a payment of 1.50. For your sake do not use scratch pay. The customer service is AWFUL

Do not finance with this company. Worst scam of a company- I finally paid it off in 3 months and fighting in court the payment. Approx $4k was no $0 interest. Run! Run! Run!

I applied for a Scratchpay plan, it was an easily completed application and I was quickly approved. This interest free payment plan made a veterinary expense much easier to afford. Very pleased.

When my dog hopi had an emergency hospital visit scratch pay was there to help me pay the emergency visit right away 0% interest if paid within 6 months instead of 12. thank you

All I had to do was ask to see if I could get approved. As soon as the answer came back (yes) in less than 60 seconds the vet team took my dog and did what needed to be done to prep for next day surgery Bless you Scratch Pay for helping and for making the monthly payments easy to afford.

I would use Scratchpay again if needed. My fur baby needed surgery and care credit wouldn’t increase my limit to what I needed and I was approved for the whole surgery. Payments were reasonable and had a clear pay off date. Easy to make payments and the autopay helped me stay on track.
