Mark and Jake helped me and my husband buy our first house together. They provided excellent support and without the expertise and understanding they showed us we would not have been able to get the house of our dreams. I felt able to ask any questions I had about the process and I always received a very timely response with thorough explanations on areas I wasn’t sure of. Both Mark and Jake kept my solicitor well informed about the status of our application and this allowed us to have a seamless completion process. We had a good experience with Scout financial services when we used them to get a mortgage for our new property. The first agent made a few mistakes on our initial application which caused us to have to reapply and incurred a second credit check which was not ideal. The second agent was great and made sure the application was filled in correctly and checked everything thoroughly to make sure there would be no more mistakes. We were able to secure a mortgage for our property without any issue and we're really pleased with how scout rectified the initial mistake.
