I have to say, this was first experience of dealing with Scott & Sergeant. However, I will definitely use them again and thoroughly recommend the quality of their brand and their customer service. Machinery is packed well and delivered within a couple of days. Thanks Joe.

I decide to buy panel saw choosing Scott+Sargeant. After few emails and personal visit I bough brand new Martin. Good advice, transport management ready.
Thanks for creativity at loading and make transport safe.

Excellent service and advice from Joe, always helpful and informative. I bought a used Sedgwick morticer. Reassuring to deal with a well established firm. Scott and Sargeant will be my first port of call when I need woodworking equipment.

We recently purchased a new Martin T75 preX via Adam in sales who was very helpful, and had the pleasure of the very knowledgeable Martin come and calibrate and set up our new saw, all questions we had we're answered by Martin and the machine is running perfectly, can't recommend Scosarg enough and especially Martin for installation!

Although it was a long wait from ordering to delivery, Ben & Mark were very patient with me and kept me well informed along the way. When the day of delivery arrived there was a small error that was quickly and effeciently dealt with!
I would most certainly use Scott+Sargeant again in the future for my Machinery needs.

Ordered an Itech table saw. No communication or update from company 're delivery dates, had to contact them myself. Given a delivery day which was moved to the following day. Waited all day after being given a 10 till 12 time slot but no sign of delivery. Rang up on the Monday and was advised the courier firm seemed a bit 'airy fairy 're the time of delivery. Expressed my dissatisfaction with the service and advised if not delivered that day would cancel the order. Advised it would be delivered between 12 and 3.30pm. Phone call at 3.45 to say they were arriving. I rang Scott and Sargent very unhappy at the mess with the delivery and was advised that after discussion with Ben they would look at a reimbursement of some kind. However nothing has been heard from them (one week ago), not even an email with an apology.

Excellent product range: focused advice on what the customer needs. Don't waste time with the amateurs who are just trying to flog any old product. S&S will produce top quality to enable any workshop to function to maximum efficiency.

I was disappointed when let know about Trend stock coming in 19 days... But then I chose to go for CMT router bits that are more expensive, not just I wasn't required to pay the extra but the bits were here next day, despite me placing the order well in the afternoon. I will definitely use you guys in the future, this is what I call an awesome experience.

After receiving the CNC machine it looked very impressive and far more sturdy than any I’ve used in the past
The engineer was a very friendly guy and quickly commissioned it, he then started giving us the training which he did clearly and explained all we needed to know
We ran some basic programs and the CNC performed flawlessly
He then showed us more of what the machine was capable of in the way of 3D routering and I must comment that it exceeded far more than I imagined and we are very delighted that we chose this machine
Thank you so much for making the whole experience from start to finish a pleasure and I’m sure this will continue for any other future purchases

Really happy with the level of knowledge Paul had on the MARTIN equipment, I was able to see a demo of the machine in the showroom which really helped to understand the build quality, I would definitely consider Scott & Sargeant for my next purchase.

I purchased a router table top on the 28th of October. After placing the order online I got a phone call to say what was listed in the ad was not included. I asked them to clarify what was included. No reply since. Have sent numerous emails to Ben. Keep being told that they will return to me with an answer shortly.Extremely poor level of service. Have sent five emails all with no response at this stage.

Wow, just called S+S to enquire about a bandsaw and whether they could match Machine Mart so I could send my business S+S's way - spoke to the most unhelpful person on the phone; not interested at all, and not in the least bit helpful (bordering on quite rude actually). Based on that one call, I will not be directing any of my business their way in the future whatsoever.

After searching the web for a decent cabinet saw, for what seemed days or maybe weeks lol, I ended up choosing Scott+Sargent. After a few email exchanges with Adam (Coulthard) we narrowed it down to a 12inch blade Itech, this was Thursday morning! By the time the paperwork was done and I had paid it ended up about 2pm only because I was slow at paying..

I asked about delivery, not only was it in stock but offered next day delivery (I was amazed as I said this was 2pm ish).

Cut to Friday, the delivery man was at our door a little after 8am, and placed the saw exactly where we wanted it using his powered pallet truck.

This is possibly the best service I have ever had, really cant thank Adam enough.

Having bought a second hand Rojek panel saw I needed to find a user manual which I found on the Scott+Sargeant website. It was easy to pay for and the link for the download was emailed to me quickly. The PDF was then easy enough to save onto my computer for reference.

we recently downloaded Copy of Wiring Diagram for Martin T60 Classic. we found it on the internet downloaded it and had the machine fixed within 1hr. not bad going at all. thanks again

I recently purchased a used CNC elsewhere and struggled to find the Manuals, Paul at Scott & Seargent had them on file and I had them emailed across within the hour, fantastic service as always.

Immense range of machinery manuals available for S+S, very quick download once I identified the correct manual. This has saved us considerable time in our machinery maintenance plan. I will be returning for more manuals very soon

I bought a manual for the SC600 24" bandsaw. It was a copy of the original manual from SCM and was just what I needed. This is the only placed I found the manual available and was a great help in maintaining my machine. Thanks so much for making this available!

Ordered the manual for a Wilson FM Spindle Moulder, which was immediately available for download available. Very slick service. Would Recommend.
