Je suis extrêmement déçue par mon expérience. Pour une parfumerie de niche, le service client est malheureusement lamentable : aucune solution concrète n’a été proposée à ce jour.
J’ai acheté un parfum d’une célèbre marque italienne. Mon retour ne concernait pas une simple préférence olfactive, mais bien une performance qui me semble en décalage avec les caractéristiques attendues de cette fragrance.
Par ailleurs, l’état de l’étui est catastrophique : une tache d’huile est présente au dos et les écritures se sont effacées, ce qui laisse clairement penser à un problème de qualité ou de conservation du produit.
Je m’attendais à un tout autre niveau de service et de considération pour le client.

Order placed on December 16, still not shipped
Misleading shipping information and excessive delays
Order placed on December 16. Nearly two weeks later, the parcel is still not in transit.
Despite the website claiming same-day shipping on business days, the order remained unshipped for days, and the tracking status has been frozen since December 24 with no real movement.
Customer service refunded delivery fees but failed to provide a clear explanation or actual shipment. Apologies do not replace proper service.

Your order was placed on December 16 and left our warehouses on December 19. Unfortunately, due to recent cyberattacks affecting the La Poste domain, your parcel was held longer than usual before shipping. It then departed from France on December 23 and was delivered to you on December 30.
We fully understand that these delays were frustrating, and we apologize once again for any inconvenience caused. Please note that such situations are extremely rare and do not reflect the standard level of service we strive to provide.

Ich habe mehrere Proben bestellt. Eine Probe wurde falsch abgefüllt, ich hatte einen anderen Duft bestellt als gesendet wurde. Habe bereits dreimal an den Kundenservice geschrieben ob mir das Geld rückerstattet oder der Duft nochmals gesendet wird, bis heute keine Antwort bekommen . Es handelt sich zwar nur um 4euro die ich umsonst bezahlt habe, ich werde dort aber bestimmt keine Parfums bestellen, es scheint keinen funktionierenden Kundenservice zu geben.

Exceeded Expectations
Received my order from Nose very quickly for being in the UK (2 days). I had pre ordered an item and was notified frequently about changes, Carole was excellent help in customer service with my stock queries. I'll be ordering from NoseParis again as the delivery was top notch and the variety was amazing. Gift packaging was so classy and really a big fan of the sample service with orders. Bien dans l'ensemble. Cependant, 1 échantillon sur 3 (échantillons payés) est rempli au 2/3 seulement. Pour le prix auquel nous les payons, j'apprécierais qu'ils soient tous remplis de façon égale

Nous souhaitons toutefois préciser qu’il est important de savoir que nos échantillons ont une contenance de 2,5 ml, mais que nous informons nos clients qu’ils sont de taille 1,5 ml au cas où ils ne seraient pas remplis à 75 %. En effet, entre le temps de préparation (évaporation) et le fait qu’ils soient préparés manuellement, nous ne pouvons pas garantir une précision parfaite pour chaque flacon.
Nous comprenons que cela puisse être frustrant et nous vous remercions pour votre compréhension. Vos remarques sont très utiles et nous permettent d’améliorer nos services.

Exceptional customer service
Nose Paris is the best place to buy authentic niche perfumes. They package very well, delivery is very fast from Paris to USA, always arrive within a week. They also have the best customer service, big thanks to Carole, my experience with Nose has always been awesome!
On my 3rd purchase, the mini perfume that I got as a free gift was damaged. On my 4th purchase, Carole went above and beyond. She replaced the damaged mini perfume with another one as an extra gift. Not forget to mention the 6 free samples that always come very neatly. Thank you so much Carole and Nose Paris!

Excellently rich product selection, decent prices and quick shipping and handling. I got everything I ordered just a few days after (I'm a scandi customer) and it was wrapped safely and I got plenty of rare testers. Fantastic! 10/10 for me.

Disappointed with payment error and lack of response
I tried to place an order on the company’s website, but the payment was declined, regardless of which card I used. An error message appeared and the payment didn’t go through.
I contacted customer support but never received a response. This is disappointing, especially considering the brand’s reputation. If a company can’t ensure a working payment system and doesn’t respond to customers, it raises serious concerns about the reliability of its service.

Ein tolles Erlebnis
Ich habe mir bei Noseparis.com ein tolles Nischenparfum von DS&DURGA bestellt, und ich bin rundum begeistert. Bearbeitung und Versand waren umgehend und nach 2 Tagen war das Paket auch schon da. Ich wurde immer per Whatsapp auf dem Laufenden gehalten (DHL Express International) und alles war wirklich super verpackt. So etwas habe ich auch noch nicht in der Form gesehen. Die Bestellung war wie erwartet und dazu gab es noch sechs hochwertige Proben zum testen. Besser geht es eigentlich nicht! Ich werde da bestimmt öfter mal bestellen. Sehr empfehlenswert!
Edit: Auch die zweite Bestellung kam sicher und schnell (innerhalb von 48Std) bei mir an. Bei dieser letzten Bestellung musste ich aufgrund technischer Probleme den Kundenservice kontaktieren. Auch hier vergebe ich gerne 5 Sterne. Sehr freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend, sehr zuverlässig! Danke Carole. Top!

J ai acheté 1 parfum a 105€ et un package d échantillons a 12€ , même pas un petit échantillon lors de mon achat , des sites en ligne tel que my origines vous inondent d échantillons . Terminé je ne remettrais plus les pieds la bas et je ne conseillerais cette boutique à personne , de plus c était très expéditif , j ai pas apprécié
