The communication through phone and later using the web shop message system was excellent. And the company sent a partial shipment for free.
The stock information on the site needs some attention. Also it is important to realize that the main site and the /shop/ site contain separate login systems. This could perhaps be made a bit more clear to users who want to login.

It's not totally an issue with the…
It's not totally an issue with the company but more exporting out of Britain. My shipment arrived in two boxes, so on top of the import duties, I had to pay customs admin fees and courier admin fees twice.

Pretty smooth service although they held back some items on my order until the rest of the balance of order arrived which was 8 weeks could of sent 3 item which they had and sent the back order ok which is what they did when I chased it
