Speedy booking, great service on installation day. Knowledgeable installer

Able to adapt installation in a conservation area if only a temporary one, until a proper mounting site is found and with new fixings. Temp site is 99.26% coverage but pre guidance indicates this might not work but is vulnerable to animal interference, cats foxes etc.

From start to finish it was an excellent service Peter arrived on time and discussed best place to fit he was polite he was very knowledgeable also left the place very clean ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Initial date for installation did not suit us, and it was simple, quick and easy to amend it to a mutually convenient day. We received a call a few days prior to reconfirm. On the day of installation the engineer arrived promptly and our concerns about installation to a 200 year old cottage were quickly elevated. The engineer was local and experienced with this type of property. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and extremely helpful. The installation did not take long at all. We very much appreciated the support given with the App and ensuring we were fully up and running before leaving. Excellent service, thank you.

It is a tale of two parts - Firstly sheduling and communication - very poor (Informed of install only 45 minutes before engineer arrival time).
I needed an urgent install, so went along with it - but communication with install team was very poor. Sat-works are, I believe, the sole UK handler for Satlink Installations - with no rivals!
If I had to purchse again, I would opt for no included installation and arange my own locally.
The physical installation (carried out by a local firm) was great - very helpful, friendly, and suggestive of a good location - oh and very tidy!

Update, following response below.
I Called this Review, "A tale of two parts"
Their response is incorrect.
Firstly, the Starling tracking link was incorrect and I sent them the correct link.
Secondly, I informed them of delivery
Next, I informed them of my cutoff date from my old supplier "EE"
I then got an e-mail, stating that install info had been passed to installation team and that they hoped to give me a priority.
In the mean time we rigged the Skylink receiver on my shed roof, to enable access to the internet.
We heard no more until at 8:30 on installation date (immediately following the bank holiday) and then from the local installer.
I am grateful regarding a quick install. I object to the response to my review.
The truth is that I was left hanging with no updates.
This is especially true as I kept them informed - of both incorrect Skylink tracking link and of actual arrival of the equipment.
I am pleased that this was to be raised internally, but very disappointed that they have not checked the detail.
Their overall communication was very, very poor
This is my personal opinion and it will remain unchanged.

Excellent service all round.
Person who installed our starlink was friendly, courteous and was professional at all times.
Was always kept updated with emails. Everything was explain about starlink .

Lovely team that are professional, do nice clean work and are friendly to deal with. They didn't leave any mess behind them (which is great) and were quick about getting the job done too.

Excellent engineer, excellent knowledge and perfect installation skills, also had a nice chat whilst he was here to. I would highly recommend using this company, always kept us updated with the instal schedule, perfect all round!

Brilliant to deal with fully informed at all stages from ordering to installation

The installation done by Craig was straightforward and professionally carried out. Mounted on the gable end of the house and presented where I wanted it within the property. All cables neatly installed. Speeds tested excellent as soon as Iive. Very happy.

The installation went without hiccup. Patrick recommended the best place for the installation how it would work. The whole job took less than 2 hours (he even cleaned up after himself). Would definitely recommend

Communication from the start was excellent ,arrived at the appointed time ,Engineers were polite ,informative ,tidied up after themselves and instillation was carried out efficiently . Would recommend the service highly .
