James the engineer did a brilliant job. He arrived on time, installed the dish at our preferred location and then helped us set up the system. No rush, no pressure, just great customer service, thank you.

After a very busy day coping with installations elsewhere, my engineer Dave, down here in South Cornwall, duly arrived around six in the evening. He quickly assessed the site and chose a position for the receiver that was discreet and unobtrusive. Access point for the through wall cabling was done with no inconvenience and a clear policy of keeping it hidden as much as possible. It was completed and up and running in super quick time and I can report that speeds are soooo much quicker than my previous BT hub. Over 100 compared to 26, super fast. If you're lucky enough to get Dave for your installation you'll be sure of a clean, competent and sympathetic job.

Sat Works installed my starlink system very quickly and professionally with great knowledge of the system. The Enginer was very helpful, polite and courteous. i’ll happily use them again.

We were very impressed with how friendly, helpful and professional the installer Chris was. Despite the pouring rain he put up our mini and made it look very neat. It’s only day one but everything is working well.
We also had a positive experience with a phone handler at the beginning of the month, she was brilliant, offering lots of reassuring information and was so helpful! So far, so good!!!

So thrilled with this whole experience. The engineer (Erick), who came to set up our StarLink was brilliant, arrived in great time on the date given, set to work immediately, made sure I was happy with how and where cables were put in, communicated all relevant info clearly and as a bonus was really lovely. The product itself also works perfectly. Zero complaints.

Sat-works arranged for Serentechnologies to install our Satellite wifi equipment. We didnt have much direct contact with sat-works, apart from a few emails.

Jonathan from Serentechnologies kept us informed on when he was arriving. He was informative and friendly. Gave us good advice on a wifi mesh system to work with the new installation so the wifi could reach an outbuilding.
The installation was undertaken quickly and everything was left clean and tidy.
Before leaving he talked us through the set up and the app functions.
We couldn't be happier and are very glad that Jonathan installed this.

First rate communications prior to installation of my Standard X Starlink system. Included advice on how to prepare for the installation team arrival. Kept me informed of when they would arrive. Friendly team with vast experience of installing the Starlink system. Spent a little time deciding best location to place the dish and how best to fix to my static caravan without the need for drilling holes into the frame. Fast installation and connection of cables to the router inside the caravan. Once installed the team stayed until I had internet. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Sat-works answered my phone call very quickly, gave me an installation date of only a few days later and confirmed everything immediately by email. Really great service from booking my slot, to Steven turning up early. Really friendly, efficient guy. Everything fitted quickly and set up with no fuss. Great wifi, would highly recommend.

From ordering the kit to installing everything ran smoothly even though my availability was difficult due to work commitments….. the installer, Robbie, was great called me the day before to let me know a time, turned up early, carried out a check of suitable positions for the dish due to obstacles and chatted about where the router will go, what suits my way of working, chilling to get the best possible reception to phone, MacBook, TV etc… completed the installation and ran me through the App - I cannot recommend highly enough… absolutely superb A+++++
