Sanyipace Anmeldelser

Good website, customer service response in a timely manner.

I recently picked up the Sanyipace S860 Model sewer camera, and I couldn’t be more impressed. This unit delivers excellent image quality, making it easy to identify issues in the line with clarity and confidence. The build feels solid and durable, which is exactly what you want when working in tough environments.

Setup was straightforward, and the controls are simple to use, even on the first job. The cable feeds smoothly, and the camera head handles bends better than expected. Battery life has also been reliable, lasting through multiple inspections without any issues.

Overall, the S860 Model is a great value for the performance it offers. Whether you're a professional or just getting started, this camera gets the job done right. Highly recommend — 5 stars all the way.

Sanyipace not only makes great products, they also have excellent customer service.
I proudly recommend them when folks ask what scopes we use!

Great Transaction, Haven't used product just yet

Product has been used once and I encountered an issue, notified company of issues and they responded well with solution. More to come as the repair parts have not arrived yet. Service center was good to work with.

It was a good experience; they always answered my questions and helped me with my order, even though delivery took a month because Chinese New Year fell right in the middle of it. Thank you.

Mala experiencia hace un mes que pagué las piezas de repuesto y aún me han llegado estoy perdiendo dinero no puedo utilizar el equipo

The sewer camera worked wonderful and I was able to see that I had tree roots blocking my main sewer line under the parkway area of my property.

Sanyipace customer service is excellent! Purchased a camera and the camera lens cracked while doing work. I sent a message asking about a replacement because my camera was still under warranty. They promptly responded and sent me a replacement that is on its way.

I’ve been using Sanyispace equipment for a couple of years now and can say they have great quality for a very reasonable price. If anyone is thinking of purchasing one of their cameras just do it. You will not regret it!!! Also they are great at responding if you have any questions or if you need tech support!!!

Exactly as I had hoped. It worked great the first day on a 40mm x 33m pipe trace. Very very minor issue, the rubber leg pads could use a set screw to keep them from spinning, otherwise perfect.

I am company in Malta that offer water leaks service and sewer drain cctv services too and I recently purchased sewer inspection equipment from Sanyipace, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the overall experience and product quality.

From the moment I received the camera system, it was clear that Sanyipace prioritizes durability, precision, and user-friendly design. The build quality is outstanding — rugged materials, a sturdy cable, and a crystal-clear monitor that delivers sharp, detailed images even in challenging underground conditions. The camera head provides excellent visibility, making pipe inspections faster and far more accurate.

What truly sets Sanyipace apart is reliability. The system performs consistently without signal loss, and the waterproofing is solid — essential for sewer and drain work. Battery life is strong, allowing extended inspections without interruption, which is a huge plus for professionals who rely on dependable equipment daily.

Customer service was also exceptional. The team was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in answering questions before and after the purchase. Shipping was fast, and everything arrived securely packaged and ready to use.

If you’re looking for high-quality sewer camera systems that combine performance, durability, and value, I highly recommend Sanyipace. Their products have clearly been designed with professionals in mind, and they deliver exactly what they promise.
