Great price compared to other similar products in the plumbing field. Also when I tried to purchase an additional camera, service reached out to notify me of the compatability issue I would have with the model I currently have.

Excellent packaging, fast shipping and camera seems to be of great quality

Sanyipace quickly warrantied my camera head that was 2 years old and sent a new one. Very fast and I appreciate it, I needed it!

Everything is really nice and was excited to receive the camera, thank you

Great sewer camera for my inspection company!

Even though usps messed up delivery they are taking care of it

Camera seems to be solid . Had some
Issues with the camera but customer service has been helpful . Overall a good experience

I recently purchased two lateral inspection cameras, and they have exceeded every expectation. The picture quality is crystal clear, the push strength of the rods is perfect for long runs, and the self-leveling feature makes navigating the line effortless. Both units arrived in excellent condition, built solid with professional-grade materials that hold up in the field. I’ve already used them on multiple jobs—sewer laterals, cleanouts, and cast-iron inspections—and the performance has been consistent and reliable every time.

As a contractor, I depend on equipment that saves time and prevents callbacks, and these cameras deliver exactly that. The ease of use, accuracy, and durability make them well worth the investment. I highly recommend them to anyone in plumbing, underground utilities, or property maintenance who needs dependable inspection equipment they can trust.

escoped a mainline and was very clear video and was able to record and send the video to the client showing him the issue in the line. very easy to use.
vicks drain cleaning and plumbing repair.

Thank you. highly recommended.

Excellent feedback in response to requests for clarification. Product complies with what is described on the website.

Right now I’m starting a small business in plumbing and drain cleaning, for the cost and the quality the camera helps me with start up. Great camera for generating revenue.

Everything is great about this camera. I've had some minor problems and they have all been addressed. My only gripe would be the response time. You can only send one email at a time and they usually respond sometime in the middle of the night.

They have really good customer service even though they're not from here. It's excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend them.

Camera wasn’t in stock and took longer than expected but they communicated very well! After using the camera it is very much worth the wait!

we were supposed to recieve this on wednesday sept 24 and as far as i can tell it hasnt even shipped yet and there is no support when trying to find out why

Sanipace customer rep was very responsive through email. My sewer camera came within a week! I'm delighted by the product price and construction! It's exactly what I need and for an affordable price!
