Samrod Blinds Anmeldelser

This is my second home where i have used Samrod to fit out the blinds.
Cannot recommend them enough, very quick turnaround and a quality product at a fair price.
I have Dealt with Michael on both occasions, very nice guy, and very helpful

Would highly recommend Samrod. Great communication and customer service from start to finish. Everything was provided exactly as agreed. Ciaran and Adam were a pleasure to deal with.

Contacted their website on a Sunday and Ciaran was in touch and on site by Tuesday. Extremely professional about his business and very personable.

He walked me through my options and advised what would suit the rooms and requirements I had. Blinds arrived and installed ahead of schedule and look absolutely fantastic! Couldn’t have asked for better. I’ve already passed on his number to a few people to get their houses sorted too.

I wanted to share my appreciation for the fantastic after-care service i recently recieved from Samrod blinds from the moment i contacted Michael right until the repair was resolved, great communication, the issue was resolved so quickly and effectively. I was so impressed with this service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Samrod blinds to anyone, they are the best at what they do they really go above and beyond for their customers. Michael and the team keep up this fantastic work well done 👍

We have our blinds now from Samrod for almost eight years now, we've had two minor issues which they fixed very quickly, their after service is excellent.
I would highly recommend this company, both product and service is excellent.

Outstanding service from Samrod Blinds! Michel, Ciaran and the team were absolutely brilliant — quick, efficient, and delivered top-quality workmanship. The blinds look amazing, the installation was seamless, and there was zero mess left behind. A genuinely fantastic job from start to finish. Highly recommend! 👏

We recently had 8 blinds fitted and couldn’t be happier with them. Ciarán, Mick and the team took the time to make sure they were installed and fitted perfectly and it really shows. They got the job done quickly and left the place spotless. Highly recommend

Excellent product and service, Ciaran was fantastic & arranged a fit-out and custom blinds in a very short window. Quality and look is perfect. Highly recommended. Big thank you to the team. Steven

I have had the pleasure of being recommended this wonderful company. Customer service is off the charts! Quality of the blinds and staff who fitted them was 10/10. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Michael has a super team but especially Gary in sales. Professional and courteous at every stage of our interaction. I cannot praise them enough. You are making the right choice when you chose them! ❤️

Excellent customer service, they were a great help when we had an issue with one of our blinds, over a year after it had been fitted, and repaired it free of charge.

I bought duo roller blinds from this local company a couple of years ago and was delighted with their communication, pricing, quality and service then. They were a pleasure to deal with at the end of a long and stressful renovation. Fast forward a couple of years and my youngest child managed to catch the end piece of one in the window handle and snap it. I asked Samrod about a repair, they were wonderfully prompt and sorted it out within a couple of days for me very cost effectively. Highly recommend. Other companies could learn a thing or 2 from this family run business. Wonderful customer service.

Used the aftersales service and the lads were great to deal with, they were very efficient and got my issue sorted in minutes. Would highly recommend Samrod!

We recently had our blinds fitted with Samrod Blinds. They are an absolutely extremely professional company in every way. The blinds are exceptional quality. The staff are a pleasure to deal with. Ciarán came out in the evening so we could all consult together and was incredibly helpful with invaluable advice in all aspects of design. Ciarán also measured and then fitted along with Adam. They were outstanding and efficient in every respect. The blinds were ordered for new windows and the order was ready very quickly to accommodate us. It is easy to see why they are in business for over 24 years. They certainly live up to their reputation. If you need blinds Samrod should be your first choice. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Samrod Blinds. It feels like a new house with the beautiful blinds on the new windows. Many thanks to Samrod for amazing quality and service!

We had blinds installed in the whole house a number of years ago at the time the installation process was seamless and professional in every respect. The blinds still look as good today. If we ever have an issue the after service is magnificent. I broke a string on Friday and Ciarán was out the next morning (Saturday) to repair it. Our grandchild pulled a blind down on another occasion and we received the same courteous and professional assistance to fix the blind. I highly recommend Samrod Blinds and renewed sincerest thanks for topclass service.

I had an excellent experience with Samrod from the initial consultation right through to installation. Ciarán and the team were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to deal with. Everything was clearly explained, timelines were kept, and the attention to detail was spot on. The installation itself was carried out to a very high standard, clean, tidy, and hygienic throughout, which I really appreciated in a brand-new apartment. The blinds look fantastic and have completely transformed the space. It’s refreshing to work with a company that takes pride in their work and customer experience. Reliable, professional, and high-quality from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Samrod to anyone looking for premium blinds and an stress-free service. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful experience with this Company, it was an extremely professional run business with very polite staff. The work was completed to a very high standard. Thank you.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Really well priced! Would highly recommend Michael and his team.

Great experience with Samrod blinds
Ciarán came and measured and within a couple of weeks, I had my new blinds. Ciarán came out when he said he was going to and had great communication. When they were fitting it was very quick and tidy process.
