Beautiful pond plants ordered and sent directly to friends for a birthday present. Well wrapped and packaged. Revived quickly once in water and the water lily produced a beautiful flower after a couple of weeks. Very happy with the service and the plants.

Can I suggest that you include a little instruction sheet in the packaged orders which would have helped me with the planting of the plants eg. depth of water, best position etc. Minor niggle. Plant selection for small starter pond was very good..well balanced Packaging and delivery was excellent Very slight confusion over repotting the marginal plants which needed “compost” to fill the basket and extra pea gravel .
