Rydale Clothing Anmeldelser

I have bought several of your shirts and I am delighted with everyone of them.
The only drawback is that some shirts do not have a breast pocket, and this is something I really need, so it can be difficult trying to pick one on the website that has pockets. The quality is good and delivery is always within a few day's of placing the order.

I love my new jacket, the fit is just how I like it and it will be perfect for the cooler days. It is so light and warm.
Ordering and delivery was easy, thank you Rydale.

Hat was too large, tried to return it. No return label supplied. Site said it was easy to print.... I don't have a printer. Took it to the post office and they said that they couldn't print it. Go to the library... they couldn't get it to work. Took it to the Dogs Trust and they accepted it as a donation. Waste of £15.99p

Perfect size. Excellent.

Wanted some navy blue leather slim fit boots. Decided to give Rydale a try rather than purchase the "in brands" costing £300 upwards. I am delighted with the boots and the fit. True to size and very comfortable and of extremely good quality. I have shopped with Rydale for many years and will continue to return for their great pricing and quality.

Excellent products and service and how quick it was delivered. Amazing you have a customer here rest assured.

Fantastic clothing. Lovely fit. Loving the cow theme.
Comfortable and soft. Just perfect.

Easy and quick service and lovely quality clothes

Bought my first pair of Rydale wellies couple a yrs ago, Lasted for a few months & soul started to come away at sides?!
No problem sent in a pic & got a very quick reply from Rydale that this shouldn't be happening & new pair sent out. Fast forward several months later & boots started to fall apart again!? same place different boot??? Emailed Rydale & got a very blunt out of warranty cant help?? Don't even think it was human response probably AI? These boots are not the cheapest on market & you would expect them to last longer than 12 months?? They are the most comfortable wellie boot i have bought, But the falling apart & poor customer service i'll shop elsewhere!

I have just worn my purchase and would like to comment on the high quality of this Hannah shirt - beautiful to look at and beautiful to wear - attention to detail is second to none, the turn-back cuffs, for example, are eye-catching. A lovely product - thank you.

well Jordan sorted out my mistake and the product is fantastic. thankyou for the service.

Superb value for money. Especially when I saw the reduced price, it was value for money prior to but I was so chuffed at the price I bought my brother-in-law one as well

I ordered a pair of size 4 for my wife’s birthday (I checked 3 pairs to ensure the right size) and unfortunately when she tried them on they were very big, at least a size to large, very disappointing.

Lovely collars & drying towel, delivered quickly & great quality…thank you

Good communication goods arrived within 3 days and they were good quality shoe.

Poor customer service.
customer service is curt & blunt as does not address the issue at hand. It's almost like customers are a huge inconvenience to this company.
