I had ordered some clothes and found out the next day they had discounted by 50%. I got back intouch and Lily promptly credited my account.
I then filled my basket again.
The quality is great. This will be my 4th order.

Lighter than wearing wool. Good fit apart from the breeks which are tight around the calf due to large calf’s. The jacket was large enough to wear a jumper underneath. Good quality. Delivered within a couple of days

Bought a pair of boots in March, after wearing less than a dozen times I reported fault with the heels peeling. After sending multiple photos over to be investigated, I was told this was “general wear and tear”. I reiterated that the boots were 6 months old and had been worn less than a dozen times. Was offered discount of another pair of boots - not that I will be buying any more after my experience. Don’t waste your money, I would expect a pair of boots at that price to last longer than 6 months, especially when worn so little. Really disappointing and will not be recommending.

As always, lovely shirts and the socks are great too. I will get some more for definite. Quick delivery and easy ordering, just love this company 😍

Arrived promptly. Boots uncomfortable around achilles area. Tried to log in to my account to return said item. Failed. Multiple attempts. Eventually it worked. However the DPD returns option continually came up as an Error in a red box. Phoned every day for 5 days, explained problem. Left messages. Begged & pleaded for a return label. Received one nearly a week later. Abysmal service. NEVER AGAIN!
Rydale: If your operation is unable to cope with demand - Hire more staff!!

The boots arrived super quick and I am absolutely delighted with them. Fit is great I sometimes struggle with boots as I have ample calf muscles, but these are fab, easy to put on, great value for money! Smooth purchase from start to finish. I will be shopping here again.

This is not my first pair of Rydale slippers, so I knew just what it was I was buying.
Fantastic value for money, they fit me like a glove (but foot shaped).

Easy to order. Quick delivery. Lovely items. I always go back to Rydale. I’ve had to return the coat but since doing so had no confirmation. Still awaiting any communication.

Ordered 4x size Medium to replace a worn out size medium work shirt.
Same make, model, colour and size, however they’re all slightly too big.
Its ad if the medium size has altered and become slightly larger in the last 2 years.
I’ve stayed the same btw.
I can live with them, but now have sleeves constantly rolled up as too long in the arm.
An annoying lack if consistency that will make me think again when again considering work attire.
