Shirts are of a very good quality. The sizes are quite generous and err on the slightly large size but that is ok.

Shocking quality boot, I would accept it as an anomaly or bad quality control but after customer service claimed it was wear and tear I am shocked, the sole.of one of my "performance" boots came off after 2 months!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Rydale.

I placed an order on 14 September, paying extra for fast shipping, with delivery due on 16 September. Unfortunately, the parcel never arrived. I completely understand that the delivery issue itself isn’t Rydale’s fault, as Evri have now confirmed that the parcel appears to have been lost within their network.

What I cannot understand is Rydale’s complete lack of customer service in trying to resolve the issue.

Every time I’ve contacted Rydale( on going since last Thursday) I’ve been told that someone will call me back within two days. Every time, that call has never happened. I have repeatedly had to chase them, only to be given the same response.

What has particularly shocked me is that I only found out today that I haven’t actually been speaking to Rydale at all. The calls are being answered by a third-party reception service when Rydale don’t answer, and it is this service that has taken my messages each time as for for some reason, they are never available to accept a call.

Despite repeatedly trying to get this resolved, I’ve had no direct contact from Rydale and have been offered no refund, replacement or resolution.

I’m disappointed that, after paying for my order and for fast delivery, I’ve had to repeatedly chase Rydale with no one taking ownership of the issue.

Really disappointing and, frankly, shocking customer service.

Tried to buy these at Burghley horse trials - not available, found them online at home delivered in 2 days but looks as if they are being discontinued - very sad. Lively tops have used them for several years

Delivery was quick but unfortunatley, the boots were very ill fitting. The heel flexes too much when you walk and they were too wide. I've worn them twice with different socks to see if they would fit better but there's way too much movement so it doesn't support your foot. I've also slipped and fallen in them due to poor grip on a wet surface.

Easy ordering quick delivery, nice boots, taking a while to get used to the feel around my calfs and have to agree with a previous reviewer they are not especially waterproof, good to slip on and take dog out but this morning the fields were very wet in the long grass and I did feel some wetness seeping in after two 10 minute puppy walks , overall though pleased with the look and feel, comfy , better than wellies but cant say I would wear them on our usual hikes, socks are ok but a bit thin and quite tight around the calfs too

After having an issue with a purchased Waterproof Jacket. I contacted Customer Service. Ok they were not the fastest to respond but eventually sent a replacement very quick so have to give a 10/10 Well Done and thanks
