Cobro injustificado en la puerta de embarque y dudas sobre el tratamiento de mis datos

Tenía contratado Priority & 2 Cabin Bags, que incluye una maleta de cabina de hasta 10 kg y 55 × 40 × 20 cm. Sin embargo, en el aeropuerto de Tánger el personal de handling comprobó mi maleta utilizando un medidor marcado con unas dimensiones de 40 × 20 × 25 cm, correspondientes al equipaje pequeño.

A pesar de tener contratada la franquicia Priority, se me obligó a pagar 76,21 € para poder embarcar. Tengo fotografías tomadas en ese momento donde se aprecia claramente el medidor utilizado y el procedimiento, además del justificante del cargo.

Además, durante el cobro se me solicitó entregar físicamente mi tarjeta bancaria y el empleado copió manualmente sus datos en un ordenador, algo que considero preocupante desde el punto de vista de la seguridad de mis datos de pago.

He presentado una reclamación formal a Ryanair solicitando el reembolso íntegro de los 76,21 € y una explicación sobre el tratamiento de mis datos.

Espero que Ryanair revise seriamente lo ocurrido y dé una solución adecuada. Una experiencia muy decepcionante, especialmente cuando el servicio Priority estaba contratado y pagado de antemano.

I've been having issues trying to complete payments and every time I get to the end it says theres a network error. By the time I come back to rebook the ticket within 5 minutes it's gone up £10. This is happened to me twice now

Never ever again, and I will tell everybody about my experience.

First of all, I ended paying more than I would have for other tickets.

Second. We were 4 people travelling from Paris to Copenhagen, 3 adults and 1 12 year old.
The 4 adults were checked in online without problems, but we couldn´t check the 12 year old in online, so we had to go to the check in desk. And we had to pay 55 euro for that, The staff at the airport didn´t understand this either, because they couldn´t see any problems, and advised me to try to get the money back.

By the way, the app was downloaded that same day.
We did everything right, but their "system" forced me to check in the 12 year old diffently than the rest of us and demanded money for it.
To me the that is low life theft.
Never ever again.

J’ai payé 40 € via l’application Ryanair pour un parking à l’aéroport de Paris Beauvais. Service jamais fourni, aucun remboursement, Ryanair et leur partenaire Looking4Parking se renvoient la balle. Une vraie arnaque. Aucun service client sérieux. Je déconseille fortement de réserver des services additionnels via Ryanair.

Every time, I say "ah they can't be as bad as last time" and guess what???
Save a few euro but ALWAYS a nightmare. Just pay the extra couple of bob and go with ANY other airline.
This time they sent me a mail to tell me they're changing plane so need to change seats.
After waiting online and on the phone for *OVER AN HOUR* while being told "your call is important to us", (if it's so important answer the flippin' phone)
BUT only one seat is affected so they move that one (our son's) so we've paid to sit as a family and look after our kids but now one of the kids will be moved while the rest of us can't move, on a flight in 5 months with loads of empty capacity.
Just horrible!!!

Also a note for Trust pilot - there should be a 0 star option, one out of five is 20% and they don't deserve that

Flight delayed twice. We're only going away fir a weekend now it's spent most the time in the airport because apparently they need to de ice there plane. Awful! Flown twice both horrendous never again easy jet all the way

I just think their webpage is designed to rip off customers, hard to get direct contact wwith support, refund page is, in my opinion deliberately made so no refund can get submitted.

Once finally a support rep get to talk to you, he is just referring to FAQ, and general directions. They offer complaint office, but how do you get in contact with them? on the left collumn ..
He constantly mentiones high demand, on refund page, and on on each section of their page... Really bad.

Ryanair does not do any refunds, so do not bother to pay for any insurance, when booking a flight.

Every time Ryanair at stansted to Dublin!! Useless service, constantly late and now sitting on a plane at gate over an hour late and now saying not sure this plane is going anywhere as an engine issue - is it really, or just late anyway!! How would we ever know when there is always something!!

Prenotando con Volagratis volo + hotel, ho avuto grossi problemi. Volagratis non può vendere biglietti Ryanair e non ho ricevuto le carte d'imbarco. Ho contattato subito la compagnia aerea, che nel giro di poche ore, tramite invio di documento, firma ,ecc.. ha fatto una verifica e mi ha inviato le carte per andata e ritorno. Potevano anche non farlo e farmi andare in aeroporto e pagare per il ceck in , ma mi hanno aiutata, mettendomi in guardia per la prossima volta! Non posso dire male , per niente. Grazie Ryanair, mi hanno risparmiato una bella cifra ( mi pare 55 euro a tratta a persona, eravamo in 3!) e tanti pensieri! Ottimo!

Da jeg skulle bestille boardingkort, blev jeg tvunget til at skulle betale for en plads og til at betale for en forsikring endnu en gang, selvom jeg havde betalt den via billetten. Trods talrige forsøg for kontakt med dem på mail, så svarer de ikke tilbage. Meget ringe service. Brug dem ikke!

I write a few reviews on Trust pilot and feel the need to give Ryanair a positive review after reading alot of negative comments. We arrived last night into East Midlands from Palma having flown outbound 8 days ago both flights were very reasonably priced and if you use common sense check all the rules before you book regarding check in, baggage allowance etc our flight out was 10 minutes late inbound 10 minutes early and you should realise you are with a budget airline and accept it we have flown countless times with them and only once my case was lost it turned up at home by courier 2 days later .

Terrible terrible terrible. Stay away like from fire.
They delayed my flight by 4 hours and then decided to move it to another location.
Also to change the time of the get back flight.
The best part is they say "they are not committing to land in the requested place" so they are not going to refund for the flight.
Worst airline I've seen

I was charged double for baggage weighing less than 10kg. Despite proving this with a photo showing the weight - Ryanair is refusing to refund the extra costs. So, in effect they have defrauded me.
Please, please do not fly with this disgusting company not matter how cheap the flights are. If anything goes wrong they will dig their heels in and you will be denied your legal rights. How they get away with it is gobsmacking.

Elendig service i Ryan air personalet ignorer en når man prøver at sige noget til dem. Sædet er elendigt at sidde på. Man betaler 500kr for at kunne springe køen over, men det var de ligeglad med hos Ryan air.

Stansted Faro 06/09/2022 18.50 take off sat on runway 1 hour 15 mins.... toilets stunk

Best airline in the world, nothing comes close to their exceptional service. You don’t need to bring your own tape measure to prove your carry on item is within the specified dimensions, they happily confirmed this for me by measuring themselves.

They take off nearly on time, only a 3 1/2 hour delay, this was fantastic :)

They kindly offered a transfer of flight after the last call for the original flight, having gone past passport control. This can only be the fault of the customer, don’t blame poor Ryanair

I was given a voucher for €4 to spend on food/ drink at the airport. It’s a shame it was given to me an hour after I had landed, this is totally my fault of course. I should have been a better customer. If I was a better customer, I could have bought a whole bottle of water.

I sought help from their online support, luckily I was high up the queue in 188th place. Totally my fault it kept disconnecting and was put back to the queue but happy to wait 200th in the queue if it means I get to talk to one of their amazing service agents.

I had to snap them up on their amazing deal of £10 for a sandwich and a drink, you won’t get that offer anywhere else! What a deal! If only I could have put the reasonable €4 voucher that was given to me after I landed towards it. I will fly with them again just to take them up on that amazing deal. £10 for a sandwich, I mean wow! I’m going to stock up next time and buy 10.

I don’t understand why people are so negative about this company, they are truly exceptional. The service can’t be faulted.

The prices are a joke! If you can, definitely avoid at all cost! When you try to book a ticket through the app, in the middle of the process it will go to server error, just so you will have to re-book with a much higher price! They are basically robbing people! Discusting!

Very greedy, dishonest and disorganized airline. Just had a flight with them. Family of 6 people were given seat at 5 different locations in the plane, no care for childrens age. We had flights with other two airlines on the same holiday, got seat in one row for all family members, we did not had any problem with the size of our luggages. But Rynairs employ said that we couldn't have the luggage in cabin. But if we pay 70 euro for a bag of 8 kilo even though it was not overweight, then it is alright to have it. Very disappointed to have flights with them for the first time. Never again.

Was using a time on a booking. Filled up all the info and bank card data,while I am paying they put the price up. As more you search, they higher the price. Hate such a companies, who is making the price up just because you was willing to buy. Thats called cheating
