RVezy is a very cool idea
RVezy is a very cool idea. It is a great way of getting different types of vehicles and exploring the area as a local. I guess I had a classic rental in mind, so my expectations and experience did not completely align, but I'm happy we did it.
The customer service is great, very responsive, helpful, professional, and easy to communicate.
Coming from Europe and having a different pricing system here, I was a bit misled by the initial price, that end up being higher with all the extras.

Glad the trip gave you a chance to explore like a local - that's exactly what makes RV travel different. It's good to hear our support team was easy to work with throughout. We do understand that pricing structures can vary from what travelers are used to, especially coming from a different market, and we appreciate you flagging that honestly. Thank you for giving RVezy a try and for sharing your experience with us.

That's frustrating, having to redo a check-in report shouldn't happen. We'll make sure this gets passed along to the right team.

RVezy was exactly what I hoped it would be! Our booking was near Camrose, AB and we had hundreds of great units to choose from! Our host was wonderful to deal with, very responsive to any questions I had as a non-camper, and delivery and pickup was seamless! The cost was cheaper than the two hotel rooms we would have needed for our group. We will be looking forward to our next RVezy trip!
