They were responsive to the issues I had with the RV I rented. But they could have taken action with the owner to solve the problem. It turned out the trailer we rented for a week, on a site without hookups, had batteries that were running low after half a day, after charging morning and evening, during allowable generator hours. Constantly trying to keep them charged so they wouldn’t die. Owner threatened that if we would allow the batteries to run dead we would be charged with any costs incurred, for example to appliances. It was a battle all week causing us stress, and it put a damper on our holiday. We will not rent thru RVezy again.

The location we chose was the key
The location we chose was the key. The rental we chose worked out greatly. We had very good diversity in the weather. The extra charges we had to pay was a little more than needed. All in all it was a good experience.

Our RVezy customer experience was a disaster
Our trailer was delivered with a faulty connection between the generator power system and the batteries. We spent the first day of our vacation working with Zane, the owner, to diagnose and fix the problem. We followed his directions to a "T" and the batteries would never hold a charge. No power and no refrigeration unless the generator was running. Basically we rented a metal tent unless the generator was running.
His communication with us included comments that don't reflect well on his hosting service or RVEzy.
In his communication with us he said he delivered the trailer on a Tuesday. That’s not true. We were there on Wednesday when Zane delivered the trailer.
His own inspection of the battery situation after he picked up the trailer revealed the true cause. The trailer was delivered with inoperable batteries from the get go. “The issue was that the jumper connecting the two batteries had completely melted and shorted out," Zane wrote. At no time did Zane suggest we look into this.
He suggested propane leaking from the trailer is a common problem and not dangerous.
He suggested that we run the generator all night in violation of “Quiet Time” and then lie with the excuse that we needed a C-Pap machine. That's just unethical.
I logged a dispute and provided photos and a complete record or our communication with the owner. The text stream is evidence of his bad advice, his lies and not accepting responsiblity for delivering the defective trailer. I filed a dispute through the RVEzy platform and essentially got the shaft.

Your service center was not much help. Luckily there was a tire center nearby and they replaced all 3 tires.
