Appreciate the timely communication and updates. All the amenities were in good working order. Comfortable clean and reliable.

I don't like how the listing says one price and then there are multiple added costs.

Everything from from initial booking and notifications were on time and clearly laid out. The motor home was exactly as shown in the pictures and the host was wonderful to deal with.

I haven’t received any feedback about my refund. We received a trailer with absolutely no power.

Dealing with the company and Stu was fantastic.

The host were friendly and the camper met our needs to visit with friends. Better than staying in a motel.

Overall, it was an ok experience compared with other online rental sites. My main problem was RVezy's online site prevented me from adding on options, such as linens for the bed and fresh drinking water in the tank. I was actually unaware that linens did not come with the van until I contacted renter with some questions and then found out none of his add on options were shown on the website. Because of this website error, we started our trip with NO drinkable water in the van and were lucky enough to get some last minute linens for the bed and washclothes thanks to the renter. I have rented more than 5 campervans online and never had this experience.

The company itself seems fine, but I will likely go back to using other online rental companies after the issues we experienced booking this trip.

It was a very easy process. Highly recommend it. The website you only needed to pay the deposit, which we didn’t realize, and then pay the other deposit a couple of days before you leave. They worked through everything with you quite thoroughly. and helped me along the way. I was really thoroughly impressed with everything they did for me. Thank you very much, Michelle Cross.

Everything went well - amazingly so - from booking to driving to drop-off & inspection. The owner was communicative and beyond helpful.
I was nervous about driving such a large RV at night down a narrow lane and about leveling it in the dark, but my fears were unjustified - it was a breeze.
The missing star was *only* because of the cost: with taxes and fees and gas, it came to C$585/night (almost double what was quoted in the ad), which - sadly - made it an unrepeatable experience for me.

Everything was fantastic. Couldn’t have asked for a better host.

The host forgot about my pickup time and was not there to brief me on the trailer operation. I could not contact him when I wanted to return it.

Nicole was awesome and so accommodating. The trailer was great. Everything was provided, from coffee pot to sheets and blankets. A very nice trailer. I hope I get the opportunity to book this trailer next summer.
RVezy is an easy site to navigate.

I did not like that. I kept getting emails from Rvezy to sell me extra insurance and add ons. I was stationary & had already purchased the insurance. other than that, I think it’s a great platform.

Very responsive, easy to deal with. Unit as expected. The Renters were great to deal with

Aaron was so helpful and very flexible on times to pick up and return. One man at RVezy stayed on the phone and helped us sign up with uploads and requirements. We had a good time even though we had rain the entire time we were there putting together puzzles and playing games. However we were surprised that there was no silverware, only a few plastic odd pieces and no Soft Soap. That was minor compared to the whole experience.

Easy, straightforward process.
The owner of the motorhome was exceptionalth; helpful and easygoing.

Jay the RV owner was great. Responded quickly to all of our questions and so thorough in going over RV operations. The RV is impact, orderly and just like brand new.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in the RV we rented via RVezy! Our host was outstanding and the unit was the perfect size (32’) to make our stay feel like our home away from home! We would definitely rent this Motorhome or another RV similar in size with RVezy! Thanks for everything!
