Support Sucked
Support Sucked. They RV is rented was great, I was very happy with it. But RVezy's service sucked. At one point I had an issue with the signal lights and could not safely drive the RV. I called the roadside assistance that came with my rental. The first person I spoke to told me I did not have a good enough package for roadside assistance. After reading my package and calling pack I insisted on being helped, they transferred me to a "tow service" which was just a guys personal phone message. I left a message and literally never heard back. I am still waiting. I had to get a tow myself, then pay for a local repair. I lost 75% of a travel day on my trip and missed 2x attractions I had already paid for along the way. I would be hesitant to use RVezy again. I try Outdoorsy next time.

It's good to hear the RV itself worked out well, but the runaround with roadside assistance, from being told your package didn't cover it to being left on hold with a tow service that never called back, is a real problem, especially when it cost you travel time and pre-paid plans along the way. Overall the experience was positive
Overall the experience was positive; easy to navigate, and relatively painless. The booking experience did have a small challenge with the need to upload my license even though I was NOT going to be towing. The "proof of ID" was a stress I didn't need that close to the wedding. It was resolved, but after many emails and I admit to be very close to canceling due to the process.

Booking for a big event like a wedding comes with enough on its own, and the extra back and forth over the ID verification shouldn't have added to that stress. RVezy is great to deal with. We had a dispute with the RV owner and RVezy handled it professionally. Will definitely use them again (although with a different RV owner)

Too many reminder emails/notifications…
Too many reminder emails/notifications for how few steps are needed. The service fees also seem disproportionately high, especially compared to the fees going to the owners of the unit itself. Interesting idea, unlikely to use again

Lots to improve upon
The cleanliness on this could have been better. The communication could have been better.
Their timing could have been better. They didn't hook us up to the provided septic tank. Lines, because they said the cover was too tight. That's not our problem. They claimed they emptied the tanks, but both were full. They didn't provide any instructions on how to use the hot water.
